Also Brexit did us no good at all at the time I well remember the CEO of Liberty he was hoping very much that it would be squashed so I am sure that is why they have never leapt in . However they are of course still in the running and as things improve who knows.

I certainly do not think that Toms picture of our young students of today are to his crude ideas my grandsons and others who I have mart recently are hard working sports loving ambitious young people.

There is a slightly different way to see the situation with the young ones being foolhardy , I have two Grandsons at different Universities first year . One at Manchester has spent the first few weeks in isolation studying by the computer . He and all his peers have had and have now been cleared of COVID I really think that our universities are now obviously nests of the disease but equally posibly the best place for it now as it is all being contained in isolation , My other Grandson has also suffered but is also clear. INCIDENTALLY they tell me they are having the time of there life and have no wish to come home at all.

A bit cold blooded but I think you are right .as far as takeovers are concerned as anyone noticed Virgin which is now all part of Liberty has had to taper down as has all three not a very encouraging sign for a takeover , meanwhile ITV are getting ever stronger and more expensive even ,

I do like to see this Lady has steadily built her stake up in the company . Her past experience is a very good knowledge of business mergers ext.

We ought not to be hearing this pain in the neck Know-it all I am a Londoner who has made his life in the north during which I have met and befriended several Yorkshire business men and even married a Yorkshire farmers daughter . They ain’t no dumplings . I f this Tom has such a high wage prestige job as he wants everyone to believe goodness knows why . How the heck can he find time or even be interested enough to post on this sight wich he is not even invested in .

Well I realy do think that all those pains in the backsides that have been preaching doom and gloom on this share are going to be smiling on the other side of there faces now . Having held this share of and on over the past 10 or fifteen years now and drawn great divis bought and sold reasonably profitably .I think It is time to sit back and listen to the music untill the next payday.
