And trying to compare us with BLOE is ridiculous, take a good look at the amount of shares in circulation, even if we diloute at 100/1 it us still a ridiculous number in comparison.

I do not see why the company can't put a message out, still operational, potential MOU still in place. Sometimes no news is bad news.

The shares are held with your dealer until the company re-list on the same exchange, or a different one. I have Barkby Gp who changed name and listed on the smaller exchange NEX, these can only be traded over the phone with my dealer H&L, the shares rarely are traded.

You only lose the shares when the company is dissolved, bankrupt etc, hopefully we don't get taken that route.

FRR must release an RNS if the NOMAD has left and the reason is price sensitive. They don't need a NOMAD to do this, the RNS is the companies responsibility. Even if the shares are suspended the company needs to inform the share holders. ATB

After reading a lot of material about CAIRN etc, I bet this is a simple damage limitation exercise for reputation status. Why have one company potentialy ruin your company reputation with in-house fighting, if you were a portfolio member of there's, would you not be asking questions. Who are they suppose to advise, I have seen a company I worked for have it's directors resign, even though they needn't have, they had to show they have there house in order, pay off possibly to individuals, who knows, but they knew they may not get more contracts. Right let's see what the next few weeks bring.

Hi, an MOU is not a contract, a Modus of Understanding, it is not a signed sealed contract, and will probably have clauses in it to pull out from both parties, means nothing. Apologies but that is my understanding.

I tried to get a T10 with H&L just before the suspension, however they refused me for some reason, said I could only buy. I have a large holding here and so greatfull they refused me the T10, otherwise I would if been stumping up about 15k :-( I have no idea were this is going, we have no signed agreements just a say so, and won't have while this hangs over us. I have decided trading is not for me, this at the moment is my 4th loss with all hard earned funds over the past 12 years or more, even doing due diligence, AIM is a nightmare. Good luck all

It's AIM, it does what it wants. I have a lot of these shares, but the mm's always come out on top, and there will always be the stigma around ZAZA, you see it on here most days :-) . Anyway hopefully we come out on top, if not, I go down the pan, the mm's open another bottle. Good luck all and a merry Xmas, off on holiday shortly :-)

Think the price is saying no settlement, the mm's have there sources and are always the winners while Joe public is the loser. BWTFDIK :-)
