I think this a tricky one, Colin saying they have spent 50 Mil so far, and only worth 200 Mil, is that 200 Mil as a company or the asset in the ground.

They would I imagine want to recoup that and a lot more, is a company going to want it!!!!. I know there has been interest before, but you now have all the political risk as seen. I think for most if the permits come they will be selling before consolidation, from previous experience the consolidation has reduced my share value.

Anyway let's see how this plays out, but with well over 2 billion shares around, the buy out guess is ?????

I think we are sort of in a stale mate at the moment. Without the stimulation permits I think we will drift shortly, unless rumours start churning of a buy out, or permits issued.

Does a company take a chance on buying with uncertainty, I don't know. We do know financing, consolidation will come, but at what cost, price or when is unknown.

Anyway GL All, I'm sure the next few weeks will tell, but I'm sure there will be better buying price than the current price.

I went to an investors meeting many years ago, even ended up in a gentlemans club till 3 in the morning with the owner of the company, and kept in Comm's with him by Skype.

People poured hard earned cash into the shares, and tails of wealth, and how there was oil in them old wells. Company delisted, everything down the drain, and faith in truly believing in a certain person was lost, oh and my cash :-) . I will not name the person or company.

For me, (A), would of been the well stimulation permits issued first to move this on,
(B) then the IPCC permit, I think some would disagree. Then if issued who knows were we will go, buy out, consolidation fund raising.
