There's been some large sellers that have brought the price down. If it wasn't for these, the price would be slowly going up. Just need to be patient.

This is how the buyback usually works. If you look at other companies in a similar situation like IAG for example; they are similar, but in higher blocks because of the billions of shares they have in issue. There must be a rule that they can only take a certain percentage

I was looking back in covid when travel was at its lowest. 2020 we were at around the same share price as now with a total voting rights of just over 157m. The share price shot up in 2021 to 500 still in the worst time of covid. There was then shares added to raise money and this put the total voting rights to around 167m. After the share buyback we will be at around 150m shares in issue (which is less than 2020)

Let's see what happens after the dividend and agm in Feb where we should see more profits

If this can stay above 250 with the buybacks, the better the support level will be. I reckon this could go back upto 500 next year, all being well imo

Sean doesn't sit on the board of directors for FCM or Gmet. In a recent interview they asked Sean if he is on the board for gmet and made decisions and the answer was no. When the ipos are spun out, Sean no longer makes any decisions. Pow holds a percentage of the shares and royalties and that's it. If the ceo of fcm is doing a bad job, all pow have a choice of doing is pulling out; the same for gmet.

Pow is getting so close now to that discovery we've all been waiting for with the Uranium project. All the money ACAM has put into the project, creating a new company (Ucam) and a new website dedicated to the project under Fermi exploration (website coming soon)

I'd be waiting that little bit longer to see what happens to this before pulling out, but of course it's your choice jr

No real reason for the drop; just shorters after a quick buck and diluting their own holding. Maybe santa is having a year off. At least the ftse is in the green today

Next week should start with the santa rally; Christmas is one of the busiest and expensive for travelling as well. January people will be buying in for the dividend and the share buyback should also start soon, which will hopefully push the sp up further

What did they say bobbust? Do you know if they will be putting the agm online to watch at some point? And was there anything different from the previous rns?

What has gmet discovered to triple their sp? No major discovery or grant as yet? Where is all the tungsten.

Pow has a huge percentage of their sp, all these Uranium projects with a £10 million+ to find a discovery or 2 and on top of that the Saudi projects.

Ucam won't walk away after spending £10 million and the rest without finding something to make up for it

£200k already paid back from RRR and more to come in January.

And another acquisition in our Uranium portfolio to put us even closer to a possible discovery. 2025 will be a great year for pow

It will be good to have an end of year update. I think all votes will definitely pass and it will be again just going over what has happened and due to come in '25. All good according to the last rns imo

For me the most important section of the interview was the Uranium; as its part of pow. The problem I have with the spin outs like gmet and fdr, is they don't have no effect on the sp here. When they have news, we don't move. Yes power metal has a percentage on the share price, but this isn't going to be released for a while or until something happens that they have to access the funds. What worries me is the spinouts can be diluted to cover costs of work as Sean said and we are left with very little (we won't see a penny as pow shareholders though, but power metal will eventually if they can access the shares) what is happening with RRR and the money power is owed from there. You mentioned this was one of PJs, but gmet is and he staked the Uranium in the athabasca

Anyone would think we just had continuous bad news the way the sp is going. Its the complete opposite, we've had lots of positive news. There's alot of companies on Aim with no news and debt upto their ears that are moving faster than us. Maybe it's true that people love chaos.

We just have to wait until that possible discovery and people will be climbing over each other to get the low prices before its too late

Really good rns today and some interesting things to come in 2025; with some possibilities of alot more new business. Let's hope they keep the market upto date going forward

Only 3-4 months and drilling should commence in Q1. In the meantime we will have alot more news in the athabasca and hopefully more on the Saudi projects. 2025 will imo be a great year for at least one discovery and then this low sp will be in the past. I think investors are buying now while it's cheap and have realised ucam aren't messing around with £10 million

I'm OK with the name change; as long as all this mess is behind us and they can work hard to bring in more business opportunities and get the sp back up. I'm looking forward to see what they have to say in the Agm and hopefully 2025 they will update the market more
