It's a bit confusing, but I looked up the code on the companies act and it explains what it means. I guess it means the directors can buy shares in the company upto a certain amount only in this year.

Oliver should take over at pow the way their sp is going and its not like they have made any major discovery's

We are sitting on 10 million for the Athabasca and no news on any targets yet and the website Fermi exploration still isn't up and running. They can't blame the weather since other companies in the athabasca are working throughout the winter months and finding targets and drilling

Could be we have another share buyback at the end of the year; depending on the sales figures. Have a feeling there will be more profits to come

That doesn't make sense. They have officially agreed to buyback 16,665,624 in total. Why would they re-add more shares again and they also have the dividend in the next week. They are making money in profit. If they were losing money, like over covid. I'd understand.

There's been alot of activity from other companies recently in the Athabasca, so it won't be long before we hear about the first targets for drilling imo

If they have a great rns on the targets, the sp should react positively

97.82% voted for in the last Agm. They knew there was going to be a raise of funds. Why did only just over 2% vote no (including myself) if they didn't want this placement

Seems alot of buying and we all know the money will be raised.

If you are in a position where you are stuck, like most investors; probably just stick it out and see where this ends up. It's either 1. going to go bust and we lose everything or 2. the plant will eventually start running and the sp goes back up

I would of gladly of preferred gmet to stay under pow without the ipo. Sean says we get exposure without the dilution, but we are all waiting for this exposure he keeps promoting and where the sp is now compared to gmet; I don't believe we'd of been as worse off as we are now; especially with the news flow they are having and we are still waiting for news on the athabasca. Keep the projects under pow in the future Sean!!

We should as you said see the interim figures. It will be nice to see how much more profits they have made, especially them mentioning a huge winter boost in sales from people escaping the winter here. Hopefully see more director buys as well

If Sean decided to sell gmet tomorrow and put some of the money into a dividend or a share buyback then we would have exposure to this. If they just sat on it for years and years, I don't see any return to us

I was going to ask that Pete. Yes when will the exposure from gmet going to push the sp up here. Perhaps not 20p, but even 16p would be a nice change

Pow's shares have been under 20p since pj left and Sean started. The only ones that get exposure to the ipos like gmet etc is the people that invested in them and power metal when and if they decide to sell for future projects or financial issues (which is none)

shareholders in pow haven't seen and won't see any return from the ipos. They sold off RRR and have we seen any benefit?

The only exposure that can help lift us out of this low sp is the Uranium Athabasca projects and if Sean leaves the Saudi projects under pow and doesn't create another ipo to drag us down further. In previous interviews, Sean has even mentioned he isn't looking or takes notice of the sp. I wish we would stop talking about gnet here, because it's not done anything for us as pow shareholders since it became a separate company.

Let's just keep focus on the projects we do have exposure to like what's happening with the Athabasca

I think most are watching and waiting to see what happens with the Athabasca projects. As soon as we get a positive rns with a key target for drilling; I think we should see the sp going up. It won't be long for the spring and alot more news will be coming through imo

Crazy selling now with the dividend in the next few weeks. People will be buying back in again to qualify. There's not been any news to cause the drop, unless they don't like paddy mcguinness haha

Gmet won't do anything to raise the sp here and promoting and telling people to invest in another company isn't going to help us. RRR and FCM hasn't done anything for us. When and if power sell their shares, we will then see a rise over here; but nobody knows how long that will be and if we as shareholders will see any return for our years of loyalty.

I'm more interested in the projects under pow, like our Uranium and whatever happens with molopo. Hopefully the Saudi projects stay under pow if we are going to see a rise in our sp. I'm invested in pow and that's all I'm interested in or until they sell up their ipos to cover the other projects instead of giving out new shares.
