Which market would we join that would benefit holders here?

If aim is the issue, why has gmet moved up? Aren't they on Aim as well? As I mentioned before; 2 different models. 1.pow has over £7 million now in the bank and debt free. It has over £9 million currently in gmet investment. £10 million in a jv for work in the Uranium and the Saudi projects and others on top. All this and a poor sp. 2. Gmet with a different model. Has no profits as needs funding for its projects and won't see profits until it sells its tungsten. More news on the ground compared to us and this has attracted attention rather than making money. Much better sp since it joined the market.

If we do receive a shareholder return like a share buyback or dividend from the partial sell of gmet, then I believe we see more interest.

As gmet, we also need more exciting news flow from the Uranium and Saudi projects from the ground teams

I was hoping it was going to finish on a high before next week's Agm and results. Going by last year's financial report, we should see a positive result. Last January was an increase and being news recently of a busy winter; we should see a rise

Prior to the consolidation and before the molopo results came in and pj stepped down, the sp was around 1.90. Since gmet has gone separately from pow, the sp hasn't recovered at all. The consolidation was meant for us to join the US market otc. The market cap stayed exactly the same. We should be at 28 - 30p at the old sp before all the crap hit the fan from the molopo results etc.

A share buyback or dividend would be a boost for us bringing back confidence in the model imo and the Uranium project will certainly help when they start bringing in more positive news

I do agree with you there Tray. A share buyback or dividend would help with the sp. Perhaps around 1-2 million as a shareholder return and the remaining larger amount for further opportunities. More jvs like ACAM would be a huge plus yes

Pow doesn't control the sp and neither does gmet, but can you see a difference

Pow has its model; it has assets, over £7 million in the bank, its investments in ipos and joint ventures. The sp has stayed very similar since before gmet came on the market and since Sean started.

Gmet a different model, with no where near the amount of money in the bank and will require alot of funding for further exploration work and if they decide to mine; this will be very expensive. However since they joined the market, their share price has risen from around 7p to now 35p

Now since we aren't moving in the sp (we've all seen nothing happened here since gmet went a separate company) and we currently aren't receiving shareholder returns. Which would we say is the better model for shareholders?

We do need a combination of models imo and having the jv with the Uranium and keeping the power Arabia under pow is maybe what we need to raise the price here. Its working for gmet, we all see that and they aren't making millions of profits

I hope you're wrong Tray, since pow's one big project with a jv in athabasca means they are in the field directly. Same with the Saudi projects; unless they spin this out as an ipo. I hope they don't. I didn't with the Athabasca and luckily Sean decided the best choice. So I hope myself they put in the work as Oliver has in the Uranium projects and not as you said not do much work

I'm happy with what Sean did selling partial stock in gmet. That's why I kept mentioning it as a good idea and it seems Sean thought the same as others that mentioned it here. As long term holder in the company I'm not happy with the sp. Of course they don't have control of it, but there is ways to help that and as I mentioned more action on the ground (not just a maybe in the summer 25 and its too cold in the winter months) and getting marketing with the Fermi exploration website up and running etc

Why did Sean do it then Tray? You are going on and on about cash that pow has invested and now in the bank. Cash usually raises the sp for other companies, but doesn't seem to be the case here. This is proving it today. You can give us numbers on the screen all day long, but from looking at gmets movements and our past movements; the sp reactd to ground results and drilling. Look at the market reaction with molopo and how fast that shot up. That wasn't from cash

It seems cash profits and zero debt doesn't move the sp here (early news release, so could move more in the coming days) investors more interested in gmet with no cash which won't be the case until they sell the tungsten. The only way this will move here imo is very positive survey results in the Uranium or Saudi and drilling commences, but millions in the bank has a strange no interest for buyers :-/

Perhaps they were waiting for the price to drop to buyback. If that's the case, there should be more today and another rns tomorrow

All the companies that I've seen that have had a share buyback have risen nicely. Perhaps yes they are bigger companies and have more investors, but reducing the shares in issue, has been shown to rise the price eventually. As long as the company doesn't issue more shares, which Sean has said shouldn't happen. All imo but lets see what shareholder return we will see in the future. This is not my suggestion, but something that has been mentioned from Sean and pj in the past. If Sean said he will do this, would you not be happy? Or you prefer it be used as his bonus (hopefully joking)

The consolidation what I remember from what Sean said; was to allow us to join the US OTC market. If the results from molopo had come back positive and pj didn't step down, I think We'd still be up. I remember we got as far as 1.90 before consolidation and before the drilling commenced in molopo. Since Sean has started, the market has lost confidence. It needs something to bring that confidence back again

I still think some shareholder return like a share buyback would give the market some confidence in the company. There's been talk about buyback and divided from both pj and Sean, but nothing since I've been here over the years. The business model as you said neredowell and Sean has mentioned a few times they won't come back to shareholders for funding. The ucam projects are all covered by £10 million for work, Saudi projects are covered and as Tray says a few times; pow is debt free. We do need a discovery yes, but the ground team needs to do better to find it. As I said before; gmet hasn't got any huge amount of money as we do, but they do have a good ground team and raise the sp from their results

Hopefully they will buyback more soon pete. We just have to wait and see next week what they say. But news over the winter months of people escaping the cold and an increase in long haul holidays and the fact that jet2 did report a profit, all seems in the right direction for good news. People will still go on holidays and the price protection that otb has will attract for the Easter and summer breaks
