I think a billion dollar company like Glencore, will do research before agreeing to anything. They will know what they are doing and will know alot more than we do. GR needs to step up to the plate and make sure he doesn't let this huge opportunity disappear. If Glencore walks away, I don't think other companies will be interested. This is why he needs to do everything in his power to fix these issues he mentioned within the time given

We know that there will be another raise to come within these 3 months, they will likely need more funding and I think GR has been very lucky having Glencore land in his lap. I don't think he'll let them walk away after working this hard to convince them. He's got 3 months to the end of July to fix the issues and satisfy with Glencore's terms and if that happens, the sp will definitely rocket 🚀 😉

Wilec just ignore them. They post negative comments here to try and make people sell and then pick up on the cheap to make small profits. They aren't here out of boredom.

This is GR's last chance to get this done. Glencore is a huge company to land in his lap. The question is; will GR unconsciously screw it up or will he put in all his efforts to make sure these issues are dealt with within the 3 months. We can only wait and see

Raaydaar. From what I recall. He couldn't raise enough to complete the work. The last rns though mentions the latest raise is for the civils work etc. He has to complete these 3 issues to satisfy Glencore. Otherwise Glencore will walk away (which will make jaglith very happy)

It's likely another raise will come again. We can speculate when, but we don't know until the rms drops

Any good news, he will want to drop this in the next hour or 2. If its considered bad news, it will likely drop late afternoon or after the market closes. It's bank holiday on Monday. Hopefully next week we get an update on the civils work. GR shouldn't be allowed any rest until the 1st issue is sorted. The last couple of issues will be within a couple of months imo

According to Sean, this should be the month they start drilling. I can't wait for the rns to drop to say they are starting work and everything will be crossed for the discovery we've been all waiting for. We only need a positive news drop and things will be on the up

They only just raised last week. Why would they need to raise more money again this week or next. If they did, it would be likely in the next month or so. The funds raised were for the issues raised in the latest interview when Mark asked him how it will be funded and before anyone says. He couldn't say about the raise because its price sensitive information.

The Subscription Shares amount to 4,500,000,000 new ordinary shares which has been arranged within the Company's remaining share authorities. Premier intends to use the proceeds of the Subscription principally to assist with the payment of the secondary flotation plant, commencement of civil works for the secondary plant, the management of essential creditors at Zulu and provide general working capital for Premier.

It's too early for a zulu update. Unless GR has rushed things through on the quiet without any tweets of the plant on civils work test run. Might be news of the Spodumene Flotation section has been ordered and will be fitted within the 12 week window or news on another company interested to join in non binding contract. We don't want any news of raising more cash. They have enough now for the 3 issues

The raise for funds was only last week. I'm sure he's still on site trying to sort things out and we should hear something more soon.

I'd like to know who the other companies GR is in talks with. He did say in a previous interview that he was in talks with multiple interested parties. Maybe we will see another rns in the next weeks from this.

Has anyone watched the interview. The 1st issue to run the plant would likely be in a couple of weeks. He's got 12 weeks to satisfy Glencore. That's the end of July. No news this early is good imo
