The shares in issue were around 30,000,000 less than now, pre-Sean and the sp was above the current nav over 30p. Without a buyback or dividend how do you think that value will be brought back to shareholders from the sale of gnet, unless shareholders themselves buy to raise the sp? If a buyback is put in place, then we will be closer to where we were prior, which is ideal for a small company. If we have too many shares, then we need more investors to buy more to raise the sp. If I'm buying more shares in the company, I don't see that as a reward to me a shareholder from the sale of gmet. Raising the nav doesn't raise the sp, unless a major investor wants to buy and bring us to the NAV sp. The company should bring actual value to all shareholders, old and new

When Sean again said, they sold gmet and crystallised and brought value to shareholders, I was thinking; where!

I see the company has brought value to themselves and enjoying a posh central London office (saw online. Very expensive) and the sp where we get value has dropped again. So again Sean where is our actual value, or is it a NAV which which we won't see until more buyers come to pow. Buyback or dividend will be the only return, unless Sean can convince a big investor to buy on market and boost our sp that way. Maybe your new to pow and this won't really be relevant, but if you've been here since pre-Sean, you might understand

Hopefully since pow has a percentage in minestarters, they should share in these earnings and profits as above and then we see this in the future interims and other rns here 🤞🤞🤞

I'm glad I'm not the only one that is still confused with this on how pow makes money from day one of the sale of tokens. As long as we get lots of publicity and all the news upto and after going live goes here in our rns, I'll be happy. Investors can buy tokens, but as long as they also purchase shares here to move our sp as well

With it in the bank (hopefully with interest) they have immediate access for any new projects and a buyback if its on the cards. If its locked into gmet, its not accessible unless they have someone to buy them out and that wouldn't of been a guarantee at a higher sp. A company that buys the shares also wants to make a profit and they don't want to take a risk of the sp dropping, which may happen, especially when gmet wants to build a fully functioning mine to sell the product. This will need 100s of millions going by already built mines. Just look at the tungsten mine in Devon

Where does Graham say a video call? He said they had a meeting with the the major OEMs in South Africa and 10mins 20 secs in he mentions help from the OEMs with modifications. But he didn't say anything about anyone leaving

10/5/23 gmet went live and our sp was 18p. 1 week later we dropped to 15p and ever since gmet has risen, we've averaged 15-17p in over 2 years. From the date of disposal we rose in the first time for a while to around 19p. The only reason we have dropped recently was from the Uranium drilling results. This was only there first attempt and they are still working hard to find the discovery we need. Jack seemed very positive in the latest interview. We have FDR for extra money in the future and this will turn into more millions for the company. Now we need Sean to bring value back to pow shareholders that gmet shareholders have seen from their ceo

Can you tell me what benefit shareholders with a position in pow have had since gmet went separately as an ipo to when it was under our very own rns? I'd like to see in the time it went live where the sp here has moved. I've seen the figures and it hasn't. Now we've sold we have more money to put into projects under our news flow and possibly Sean will put value back to shareholders as well. I personally am happy they've sold gmet. Watching another companies sp that used to be under pow and not helping shareholders here. It doesn't matter how much they have made in gmet, we won't see a penny anyway. The only thing we can hope for is a buyback and projects that will eventually move our sp and not another companies

I don't know any from Aim that have even offered a share buyback; only dilution. On the other hand I've seen it working very well on ftse 100. As soon as news released of a share buyback, the sp jumped alot. Plus by reducing the number of shares, this increases the earnings per share.

Under pj gmet was still under pow and wasn't an ipo. I would of preferred Sean to of created a jv instead, like the Uranium. We would of easily have got cash for drilling for a percentage and the sp here would of risen like it did under pj with gmet under our rns.

Since gmet was released as I ipo the sp has never risen hand in hand and if they didn't sell, it would of been the same. Sean has sold so we need to forget it and move forward.

A buyback will show that shareholders will be rewarded and this is different from the dilution you see from other companies on Aim. We've voted for the buyback in the last agm and now have to see if Sean will return value to shareholders using it

Prior to Sean to we had all the projects under pow. Way it should of been imo. Yes the company has millions in the bank from gmet, but I'd honestly prefer the old sp of around 30p+ I'm not going to see a share of the sale of gmet. The only thing that will show a return to shareholders is a buyback and as I said before, more from our current projects under our rns (the Uranium, minestarters, power Arabia)

The problem with molopo is they haven't done anything further with it and Sean was positive about the results. If they give a percentage away for a jv and have all drilling and work covered, like the Uranium deal. This would give us another chance to find a discovery and get the sp up. Otherwise if they don't have any offers, they could potentially put it within minestarters.

I think 2026 will be a good year for pow with more Uranium drilling and results, minestarters will be properly up and running and more news from the power Arabia side of pow. A buyback will be a good end to this year and a great start then for 2026. Hopefully we have a great rns that will take us to pre-Sean sp (30p) before 2026. we just have to wait and see what comes up
