Sean has been dealing with the projects since he started, but the sp has also not risen since he started. Perhaps pj did things differently or perhaps it was that we didn't have fdr or gmet released as ipos then. We can't go back, so we need our current projects under pow to do well and a return to shareholders as Sean's been saying but hasn't done. Either return value or stop saying something that you can't make happen

Great news. All the past talk from Sean about a return to shareholders and this could be it.

If the market doesn't like this, I'll be surprised.

If you're a shorter it's a very hypocritical thing to say not to buy prem, but if not then just walk away. I wouldn't be here if I wasn't a shareholder and I will be having my say in the vote as well

The sp shouldn't react too badly if shareholders are going to vote For (which they will) and the interview was very detailed compared to George's going around the houses for an answer.

Will the negative posters put in a vote or just all talk and no action

Prior to Sean gmet was still under pow and are sp was over double where we are now. So far the only things they've done with the cash, is moving to a posh office in Central London and the minestarters. We have to wait and see if minestarters will work for us, but it won't be until later next year.

I wonder if he has anything else before the end of this year; he definitely needs to do something to help move this sp

GH is much better than George with the details he gives and he answers the questions straight and not like George, who answers a question with something else. Negative piece of course is the raise for additional funds, but the rest of it was positive, especially the talks with interested parties.

The Negative posters will still be here and still shorting the stock, so I will be ignoring their comments as per usual

I agree. We need similar to what gmet have. We also need a buyback as doc mentioned to show shareholders that we are rewarded as per the model. Minestarters will eventually bring money back to the company, as will GSAe eventually.

We need similar to gmet from our Uranium and our power Arabia projects. If they can also manage to get a jv organised for the molopo farms with funds for drilling, this will help push the sp up if they can find the nickel they've previously been looking for

Why would pow say anything about fdr in their rns; they aren't on the BODs. It's only if they were going to dispose of any stock they hold we'd hear anything.

Sean needs to concentrate on our projects and our sp (no idea how he's going to help push the sp up though, he hasn't done it since he started)

Some shareholders think gmet wouldn't of worked out for the sp if it was under pow as a JV, similar to the Uranium. Would we still be at 15p with gmet under our rns or at least double or triple where we are now.

If that's the case will anything under pow raise this sp. We've been stuck at these low numbers since Sean started. It's crazy in the past years we haven't gone further up.

It will be interesting to see what happens if Sean does arrange a buyback. What will eventually move us

These are the products that will help raise the sp here. The ones under our rns, not the ipos. Gmet did nothing for our share price.

We need something to come from the Uranium, GSAe and hopefully the minestarters etc.

Now we have an update on GSAe today, perhaps we will have some more news from our molopo farms or the tati gold soon

They do need a share buyback and later on when our projects like the Uranium, minestarters, power Arabia do well, they can have dividends. Otherwise what is the point in all the talk from Sean about pow shareholders rewarded. Gmet would never have raised the sp here as an ipo; we know that from looking at the sp from the ipo launch date. It would of risen beautifully if gmet was a jv like the Uranium project is. We don't have dilution from this, so we would of had the same situation and now we would be up 8x or more like gmet has.

Let's hope the minestarters does what Sean believes it will next year going forward

As long as GH doesn't issue new shares after the consolidation, we will be ok. I'm sure if he was planning on doing that, he would of done it beforehand. If they do have great news on Glencore or another company after the consolidation, it will definitely jump alot. All in all the consolidation was expected, since it was voted for by majority shareholders

Once consolidated the market cap stays the same from the time of closure before and the value of your shares stays the same. Only issue is if they issue more shares after consolidation. If you're a shareholder, you would of voted for this, so it shouldn't affect the price tomorrow if you voted for. If you aren't a shareholder, then it shouldn't worry you either way (shorters)

How is a dividend going to help the sp here if straight after people will sell and use the money for another company. At least with a buyback first off, it will help push the sp up here by reducing the number of shares and will also encourage more investors to come to pow. Once the company shows value will be returned and the Uranium project starts moving more and investors see if minestarters is successful then more will buy here and later on they can return value by dividends and investors can put back into pow. Sean needs to do what he's been saying and return value here and raise our sp and not just empty words

I'm hoping once the capital reduction has been accepted by the court, shareholders will see this return Sean has been saying in every interview, that we still haven't seen since he started.

I hate to bring them up, but if gmet can move from around 8p to where they are now; we surely can; or is Oliver better at returning value to shareholders then Sean's empty words 🤔

I hope 2026 we can see the back of these continuous lows 🤞🤞

Can someone tell me how much gmet has in cash profits (not including access to dilution and money given to them for work; actual profits made from them selling the product they've been drilling or selling land? Pow can say they are sitting on actual millions of pounds made from its success of selling gmet. This isn't including cash for work the Uranium project has; this is extra and free

When gmet went upto just over 70p in July we were around where we sit now around 15p. Even if we still sitting with a percentage, it's doubtful we would be up because they are. They went up 8x back then and we stayed put. What they should of done is kept gmet instead of releasing it as an ipo.

Our Uranium has only just started this year, so we can only hope with this and the power Arabia, minestarters and the capital reduction (share buyback/dividend) etc we can have success as they have. Imagine if minestarters does succeed and make millions/billions as they said; we will soon forget about gmet
