Long as its broad IMO If we’d had an rns stating what we already know, that they are working, we’d have wanted another one with flow rates, quality of oil, commerciality etc. So we’re as well ( no pun) to wait till they can release a full and accurate picture. In the words of the RNS of the 5th November. It appears we are “ initialising commercial production” of Brockham. Its not a “ drill & hope” scenario. IMO once its flowing, it becomes commercial. Indications from PV implied “roughly” £1m profit p.a per 100 barrels...so unless something unforseen or catastrophic happens, its WHEN not IF. It should lead to a self-funding profitable company. Panic not. Hold your shares. DYOR & only play with what you can afford to take losses on, then there is never panic.. GLA

There won’t be a no deal. EU has UK exactly where it wants us. They have planned this from day-one, Poor deal no-one can accept, No courage & unity for WTO. So we are heading back in, won’t make us love europe anymore & has nothing to do with our woeful share-slide !!!

Hi Alan, really agree that cash is king & a year or two of building reserves would be my No1. But my hunch is that not all the weald players will be here in the medium term. Being able to “buy-in” to oil not yet in production could be one way forward. Let see what angus brings up - chickens and counting etc. Hears hoping..... to coin a christmas phrase” God bless us, every one!” :0) S

Hi al, Just a thought i’ve had for a while. There is a senario where angs goes into production, accumulates funds & buys other wealders, before their production licenses are issued. Its what I’d do....I think we may get results a the beginning of the post Christmas market break... Enjoy the ride ‘n Happy Christmas one an all :0) S

Great to see movement of equipment taking place. IMO it has been very important that the test happens in the time frame PV alluded to. The oil bopd number is obviously the main-show, but it cannot be underestimated how important credibility is, and will be in the future, for Angus. To steal Alan’s idea.... long sigh...... of relief if we make the deadline of Christmas !! ;0) S

Morning, Read the BB not surprised this has”come to light” just before expected testing. But want to reiterate something I mentioned yesterday. The move to the next level, is not just the oil which is obviously important, but the confidence that the wider market can have in the BOD. PV in his interview, said before Christmas. At the moment that is what he has told the market, he spoke having been well aware of what may, or may not transpire from the EA. All eyes are on PV, he took great pride in saying He is credible, lets see. That will affect the s.p far more than this news? IMO of course. Slow ANGS news week ahead I fear... try not to kill each other, going off to the quieter climes of the brexit debate “buy buy” ;0) S

I watch charts closely, IMO it should move back north gradually from here. Overdone today, but it is volatile, hence its a bit overdone today. As long as you don’t need the money today, doesn’t really matter what or why things have happened today.... relax & have a pint... :0)S

Steakpie... if you suddenly got £2m, looking around the industry....... would you invest your money in a jv, horizontal drill at welch??? Really??? The jv is the same jv% chance as Murchinson. The BOD wasted how much in the last 18months GEM+ loan , pumps at Arkoma ?? Arkoma investment??? If Welch horizontal was such a potential bonanza, they’d have done it. I am very sad to say, Stanley is the only show in town.... its 2am, been drunk on “what if’s” & we have one chip left..... Its not negative. I do not think they ever really got ove Pine Mills. IMO they have been trying to make things happen ever since. The RNS is full of warnings, that things are not rosy. Welch horizontal is out if the window $2m, strawn chugging. Arkoma, was a highly underwhelming, a permit in oz we cannot develop & diamonds in them there hills(somewhere in canada, nextdoor to a canadian hot-tub company.....but... stanley 2, which still will not get us close to b/e. Wonderful.
