By god....this share is now like a coiled spring on steroids.........when the positive news flow starts it is going to catapult the share price into a different ball-park, accelerating so fast that a receding red doppler-shift won't even be able to be recorded !

I don't think it will be very long (six weeks max) until all LTH (and new, for that matter)are very amply rewarded.

Can see a large Naval contract landing for, at the very least, fabrication of an enormous quantity of metal plate!.......Boris is rapidly extending his lead....and he is going to support Belfast shipyard totally.....and Arlene Foster will be making sure he doesn't forget about it !!!!!!!

IMVHO.....the final offer price after the bidding war and all shenanigens are blown over is approximating £1.20 per share.....then again, as you all already know, my estimates have always been very much on the cautious side......seriously, I really do expect Monchetundra to finally go for anywhere above a £3 Billion deal........I am really serious about that, I truly believe the assets are worth over £100 Billion in the ground......and you know me well enough that I usually sit right on the fence on all matters...born a diplomatic soul...for instance, the sooner we're shot of the bloody EU the better.....Rule Brittania!

If there are conditions to a FID then it is not Final right? Anyway, we are where we are and we can only look forward to positive news in the coming 7 weeks.'

If the FID was taken BEFORE objections were considered (no matter what caveats were put in place) the objectors would be quite rightly absolutely furious....it's just not worth the hassle !

IMO It's a certainty that the FID is now delayed........it's impossible for the ML to now be advertised and the 42 day period allowing for objections/representations to defra and then Daefra to consider them. If it was advertised tomorrow (unlikely) that would take the close of the objections to the end of day on Christmas eve.......it would take a miracle for DAERA to consider the objections/representations in the three days 27th of December + 30th 31st December.

Not exactly impossible, but highly improbable that FID will now be taken before year end.

There are those that will say...but they can put caveats in the FID that rely on ML being issued.....but why would they prat about like that when they only have to wait a little while to do it properly without needless controversy and gifting the objectors a clear shot at goal.

I've reread my post and can't see anything personally abusive there.......but if you feel offended....then I apologise.

My view is this......If the other companies know there is an inside Nornickel man, they know they are going to have to bid probably even higher than market value if they really want to secure it.

China are not going to be impassive here!!!
