....'£20K!!!! Fair play to you and good luck!!!'.....
Hope you get in at below 1.4 when Monday morning kicks in......I think they are going to open considerably higher than the current price !
....and for them to even be involved gives much creedence to the deal on offer.
True lefty..........and those big boys wouldn't have had the slightest interest if this wasn't going to be the mother of all deals !!
...'Er keep up. It's not the banks buying the assets. Deary me.....'
No....but to have two leading banks of two separate superpowers vying for a piece of the strategic action speaks volumes and for them to initiate any proceedings without even signing their initial engagement letters must surely be unprecedented.......gentlemen I think we are in for a beautiful white knuckle ride through a feisty bidding war......even the very mention of those banks wanting to be associated in any deal is going to resonate very loudly indeed in the ears of all the majors who have been sitting waiting on the sidelines in a mexican stand-off .....waiting for someone to make the first move.........FOMO stampede springs to mind......I think the SP could well go into orbit here, even beyond the bounds of normal expectations!
There will be many shakes over next few weeks to get shot of any weak shareholders who have had the willies put up them.
Hold on very tight to your shares......this is only going one way despite the party-poopers.......they can get out if they wish.....then everyone is happy.
IMO There will be a big gap up first thing Monday. 5 late buys showing Friday after hours for total of thirteen and a half million shares.
Then I think a nice steady rise over next few weeks.
Thanks wittering. ....nice link.
Next week is going to be very exciting.
Look at it this way.
1. Shareholders are the owners of the company they are invested in
2. Potntial buyers monitor all sites for information......serious big potential buyers have a full time member of staff monitoring all shareholder sites for any scrap of information.
3. Over 90% of shareholders on AIM lose money.
4. The reason they lose money is because of posts saying they would practically give the company away for peanuts.
5. If you were selling a car, would you say to the second hand car salesman........it's probably worth 5 grand but I would be more than happy for you to take it off my hands for 18 pence.......do you think he would offer you 5 grand or 18 pence?
THAT is why 90% of AIM investors lose money.
Monchetundra is worth 40p a share of anyones money......let's not give it away please.
..........'The only way 33p would be possible is if all the predictions came true and the valuation was a couple of billion. 33p = MCap of £825 million. At a billion valuation that would leave a buyer very little for mining, processing and political risk costs and have any decent profit margin.'....
What are you on about?......Monchetundra alone has a valuation at todays prices is 30 Billion in the ground !.........4% (normal valuation) gives an mcap of 1.2 Billion.
15 miilion ounces means that even a ten dollar rise in Palladium is worth an additional 150 million dollars ! Palladium has been rising more than that on many days lately. Pd widely tipped to go above 2,000 dollars per troy Oz by year end.
This share is a sleeping behemoth and it's about to wake up. It could easily reach over 40p per share. It is no longer a minnow, it could be rated alongside some of the smaller majors. My honest opinion of a price for sale is 40p+ ......AND they would be getting an absolute bargain at that price!
After reading it all again twice (RNS 16th Sept) they hint at a takeover by Lesego....or at least Lesego were doing DD on EUA. It looks like the approach by the banks may yield a better offer than one that may have been under negotiation with Lesego, Going by Lesegos takeover transaction by Heaven Sent capital at an absolutely giveaway price, it looks like EUA have had the very good sense to bypass Lesego and Heaven Sent Capital and hopefully go with a better deal that the banks can broker.
All above IMO only.
....'In the recent announcement we're told that CITIC and VTB have already started assisting the company including assessing the proposals from the announcement of the 15th Sept, and that the success fee basis is directly linked to them finding an asset transaction superior to that of the 15th September announcement.
No announcement was made on the 15th, so I assume they mean the 16th.'
OK assuming they meant the 16th......what asset transaction was announced on the 16th Sept?.........The basics of the deal with Sinosteel was regurgitated on the 16th for the umpteenth time , but it wasn't announced on the 16th Sept........do you think that they are talking about the seemingly overly complex Sinosteel arrangement?....................I'm not too sure how that sort of arrangement could equate to a sale, which Is what I presume they are looking for??,,,,,,it just seems as if they are trying to compare two totally different 'arrangements'.......I find it confusing..... I think there must have been some sort of other announcement on the 15th September????????
...;Like I said, Lesego Platinum, a non producing but licensed project was sold for £37m to Heaven-sent capital in December. '
There was obviously some other circumstances we are not aware of...........that is NOT the industry norm by any means whatsoever.......and if EUA deal is along similar figures, involving any of the same people it will warrant an in depth investigation by the FSA or international equivalent.
Platinum ****tail anyone?

First-ever Liquid Platinum Margarita. Price tag for one ****tail: $100. Includes Gran Patrón Platinum, edible silver flakes, rare rose water and topped off with an edible silver orchid. Should we open a bar at WK instead of running a mine?
It's impossible to call as there will be a lot of publicity next week and if Palladium continues it;s meteoric rise there will be an absolute stampede and I guess it will massively peak........I hope it settles down to a nice price though after all the dust settles.
This is the real deal........just remember this.
For every 10 dollars that palladium rises that is 15,000,000 ounces times ten dollars or 150,000,000 dollars. Recently it has risen sometimes up to 40 dollars in a day (over half a BILLION dollars in a day!)
Now that, by any measure, is pretty damn spectacular !!
Not sure about that...would be very nice though........certainly IMO we will nicely gap up on Monday morning and keep steadily rising for some weeks.
....'On the other side then is VTB, why are they in the picture? I would guess that the obvious reasoning is that the mines are Russian, but I wonder once again if this means that they are working for a specific client and are currently bidding against CITICs client, hence the certainty they can “make a better deal” and have the incentive to work on a success fee basis.'...
Research on Lesego has been posted previously, just after the relevant RNS and the points about it being non producing were made then............but regarding this comment above on VTB....personally I wouldn't be at all surprised if it was acting discreetly either directly or indirectly for the Russian goverment itself..........It was stated years ago that Monchetundra was a Russian strategic resource......and I'm pretty sure the Russian Government are keeping a pretty close scrutiny on it.
The three biggest Palladium players are
Norilsk Nickel
Anglo Platinum
Impala Platinum
They have to be among potential suitors.
Don't forget also that the copper and nickel at Monchetundra will possibly also be multiplied by the 7.5 size increase.
That makes approximately 210 thousand tons of copper and 225 thousand tons of Nickel.
Copper nearly 6,000 US dollars a ton and Nickel approximately 18,000 US dollars a ton.
That makes 1,260,000,000 dollars of Copper and 4,050,000,000 dollars of Nickel.
So Monchetundra total is approx 24.5 Billion + 1 and a quarter Billion + 4 Billion
Just under a staggering 30 Billion US dollars !!
On top of that is the value of West Kytlim Platinum mines and SMT Gold tailing project and any value attached to the Kyrgystan Uranium Project..,,,,,,,,wow !!!!
GLA.......this baby is going stratespheric !!!!
Sorry Headancer and JAdam......Snowman melting........total over-reaction..........no pun intended but I'm actually bi-polar and tend to let emotions run away with me.
Market not fully woken up yet to the almost open ended upside of this company. Manchetundra is a poly ultramafic rich in multi-layered deposits formed under vast pressures and temperatures and even after 15 million ounces has been announced, I believe that to be the tip of the iceberg there. Don't forget the nugget effect which added much value to the deposits in West Kytlim.....the larger the area, the more likely rich bonanza seams/pockets.........anything is possible in an area as large and potentially rich as the Monchetundra and adjacent Massifs.
Next week is going to be very exciting ...........hopefully nice steady rise coming over next few weeks/months.
...'OR
are you suggesting his worth will make a difference to the perceived difference to the baseline 8p SP'
What are you on about?........talk about implanting an idea by stealth!........there IS no baseline figure of 8p!.....it's a figure you have plucked out of the ether........your last post sounds like you have decided for everyone on here that 8p is the baseline figure......it is only your opinion.........IMO (and everyone is entitled to his own.....but they all just that at this stage) all indications, if there were to be a baseline figure, point to it being well above 20p.....and I mean WELL above 20p!!
But as I say........there simply IS no baseline figure.......it is what it is......this is a free market and the demand is colossal.
