I think it is fair to assume that they now have results back, at least some. There are too many other miners out there releasing results now that it's hard to say ECR has had none back. C'mon CB time to put up or shut up.

Initially, I'm looking for funding to be secured at favourable terms and timescale of repayment and an indication of pricing agreed with our main offtake partner plus hopefully 1 or 2 others. If Dundas can get to shipping serious volumes of product by 2023/4 that should tie in nicely with our need for cash to support the Disko project. We might have to dilute our holding of Dundas if we bring in an operating partner but wouldn't mind that if it balances the risk. We are still very much an exploration company right now, this might change for future projects when we have cash flowing in and can take more risk.

The next 12 months are looking promising.

There are a number of reasons to invest in a share Max. My concerns with what's happening now I believe are justified. We've not had results from Creswick since July 19th - 11 weeks ago, nearly 3 months! Bailieston around 8 weeks. We've since then spent a lot of money with very little in return to pi's. I feel CB is showing very little respect to small shareholders. If he has a master plan, then what is it? He is not the owner/major shareholder in ECR, he is an employee. Private investors make up the majority of ownership, we deserve to know what's going on and why, in my opinion. If this services company is to be believed, and we are becoming a reseller & services provider, then I feel my hard-earned and invested cash have a right to know what type of investment he is trying to turn this into.

Results change everything and I'll be happy to claim him a genius if we hit 4p in the next 3 months. The market might do that for him to be fair.

Nice post Keith and hoping your timing is perfect this time around. I would hope and expect that the pre-construction for Dundas, equipment and services ect, is already pipelined and with an expected start date, and just waiting for a final tick.

Disko is exciting but from what I read it can be very difficult to hit nickel but you would have to think that the many, many years of work done previously stands this project in very good stead. Kobold has a number of other projects that they have been involved in over the last 2 years and I've not seen any results come out from them yet. Possibly the one in Northern Canada will be reported on soon. From what I can find JAY is the only company that they have done a JV with, I think that speaks a lot and maybe in part directed by the US government. We are also on the continued trend running from Serbia to Canada so that also makes sense for Kobold.

From my perspective, everything that has happened over the last 18 months since I've been invested makes sense, if a little slow. JAY is progressing very well, key relationships are in place, we want to be a fair partner to our host country, we want to boost local employment and invest in their continued success, as well as making lots of cash for JAY, too. If things keep progressing like this I think I'll be invested for a long time. We now have around 8 projects that have actually activity happening.

A rig by our last purchase is around $420K USD, even if we make 10% on such a deal as a reseller we'd still need to be selling LOTS of these for it to make sense. Can we not find gold or something? I hope this is a joke.

Are you actually kidding?? Are you now of the serious opinion that renting out rigs might be a viable revenue generator, as well as having a go at being a landlord? What is the world coming to? I honestly thought we were a junior gold explorer. Sorry, my mistake.

everything is a bit off just now. The situation with Creswick is confusing? Why would you bring in a contractor with a rig that does not suit the environment? Things obviously work differently in China, CB needs a miracle now to bring people back onside, otherwise, he definitely needs to dual list as he's nearly burnt his bridges here.

His contacts will now mostly be dead, he is 83!! Interesting that he's never worked in Australia. A great appointment :(

I think there is a lot more information that can be given. All these recent announcements would make sense if a year ago we pulled out some amazing results from the ground but we haven't. I guess time and results will tell if he has played it correctly.

I can't believe the BOD is happy to negotiate & accept an offer when the SP is at its near 5 year low.

From yesterday it sounded like they have received some results back. No real answers were given yesterday in my view, pretty disappointing.

What's the cost analysis between our own rig and crew against contractors? I'd be interested in CB letting us know that, as well as what warrants have been exercised. I'd also be keen for an update on license applications, where things stand, and expected timelines. We have amassed a big team to surround our own 1 drill, what is everyone doing on a day-to-day basis? What has been logged when, and awaiting back, would be nice to know this too? Why are we creating so many subsidiary companies? What is going on with our tax breaks/allowances and when will this be realised?

I feel these are all things CB/ECR could easily let us know, these things don't need to be in the dark. I don't follow on a day to day basis so if I've missed some of this info coming out apologies.

It feels like we are overspending and that's a worry. The activities over the last 6 months with new hires, new areas, new equipment, and now property, it is leaving us with a dwindling cash pile. I could forgive the outright lies during the underhanded placement as it meant that we had enough cash to drill pretty much constantly throughout this year and nearly all of next year too, giving us a good chance of seeing some results. This I think is not the case now. On CB himself, he is setting himself up for failure at nearly every opportunity, he's constantly over promising and under delivering. Feels like he is trying to run before he can walk. If that land was so important/valuable for Kirkland, do you not think they would have bought it? Or are we just believing they were too busy pulling gold out of the ground to realise it was up for sale and happy to pay us a 10x multiple on it?

To balance my average is not too far away and I expect to have positive returns from ECR over the next 6 months so I am holding but let's not all drink the cool-aid.
