We seem to have split into two camps those who profess it could have been worse and those believing it could be better.
I welcomed the FTSE rise of 12.5% in 2019 but you have to compare it with the so called basket case Europe, DAX up 25%,CAC up 26% FTSE MIB up 28% and Greece top performer at 38%.
With the UK walking away, it will be a whole lot easier for Germany to create the Europe they have dreamed of.
