The balance of the purchase price owed by Rurelec PLC in respect of the turbine sale in 2013, amounting to £3.2m, is expected to be paid in the first half of 2015. We continue to hold further balance of plant, valued at £4 million, which we expect to sell in due course. The Directors of Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR), the owner, operator and developer of power generation capacity internationally, are pleased to announce that, following the successful conclusion of a number of partnership deals, the Company has been able to reduce the size and improve the terms of its short term loan agreements with Radix Investment UK Limited ("the Radix Facility" or "the Facility"). The combined loans are now £550,000 and will be repaid on 31 March 2015 from the proceeds of the contracted sale of a controlling equity stake in Rurelec's Canchayllo hydroelectric plant in Peru. Rurelec is due to receive net proceeds of US $6.5 million from this sale during the course of March. As part of the reduction in the size of the facility, Rurelec has agreed with Radix not to issue the 16.8 million warrants to subscribe for new Ordinary shares in Rurelec at an exercise price of 7.3 pence per share previously announced on 24 December 2014. Rurelec will now be making the previously announced payment to IPSA Group PLC from the proceeds of US $6.5 million.

12 January 2015 Hunter Resources plc ("Hunter" or the "Company") (AIM: HUN) Share Price Movement The Board of Directors of Hunter notes today's movement in the Company's share price, and knows of no reason for this movement. The Company's position is materially unchanged from that announced on 22 December 2014.

Revised Terms of Agreement with the Owner of Pampamali We are also pleased to announce that we have negotiated improved terms to the Joint Venture agreement with the vendor of Pampamali (as described in detail in the Company's announcement of 9 June 2014) which will allow us to acquire 51% of the project for a lower price and sooner than anticipated. The original deal would have seen us acquire a 20% interest within 12 months of re-listing for a payment of US$100,000, in addition to the US$40,000 already paid, following an expenditure of at least US$150,000 on exploration. This would have been followed by a further payment in year 2 of US$200,000 and an exploration commitment of US$500,000 to acquire an additional 31%. We now have the right to acquire a 51% interest at any time, but no later than 12 months from the receipt of the DIA, for a payment of US$115,000 and the same commitment to spend US$150,000 on exploration, plus US$75,000 by way of tenement costs. The saving will be US$610,000. We have exchanged letters on this revised transaction subject to final legal documentation

The Buenaventura Data has identified and highlighted numerous mineralised veins and is being used as the primary source for the planning of Gold Hunter's initial 2014 sampling and drilling campaigns. The results from the review and digitisation of the Buenaventura Data include grades of up to 70 g/t Au, 2377 g/t Ag, 44.9% Pb, and 28.9% Zn. Victoria vein 500m mineralised vein exposed of which a 250m section averages 3.93 g/t Au, 131 g/t Ag, 1.42% Pb and 3.87% Zn. Luz vein 470m mineralised vein exposed of which a 200m section averages 8.84 g/t Au, 97 g/t Ag, 0.39% Pb and 4.16% Zn. Gaviota vein 1,250m mineralised vein exposed of which a 90m section averages 7.93 g/t Au, 138 g/t Ag, 0.57% Pb and 0.41% Zn. Santa Domingo vein 2,000m mineralised vein exposed of which a 350m section averages 0.57 g/t Au, 84 g/t Ag, 2.21% Pb and 2.00% Zn. Melita vein 515m mineralised vein exposed of which a 70m section averages 2.63 g/t Au, 166 g/t Ag, 3.20% Pb and 4.90% Zn.
