Reign's future is driven by a strategic vision to yield brand and market penetration through a number of strategic and collaborative efforts across Retail, Wholesale and a contemplated Reign Flagship Store which we envision opening in 2018, although we can give no assurances that the store will be able to open on schedule, or at all. In the near term, Reign intends to kick off a comprehensive digital marketing, social media and PR campaign effort in the Fall 2016 that we hope will establish Reign's presence for the upcoming Holiday season and beyond.
Reign's growth strategy also includes growth through potential mergers and acquisitions. Reign is exploring the potential of cross brand and cross market penetration through potential collaborations or alliances that will yield strong growth opportunities through expansion of jewelry offerings, geographic markets and increased Brand presence in Retail and Wholesale account growth. Reign is also in the midst of evaluating additional Advisory Team candidates to further enhance Reign strategic execution.
