Firstly best wishes to Strontium whom I u understand may be unwell As an ex holder I had taken the view about 4 or 5 years ago that the appeared to be going nowhere in achieving commercial sales in their primary target market and AB has now acknowledged that this is true to a large extent although they have not abandoned future contracts should the energy cost mix change. It's probably understandable that AB could not tell the truth during those years the sport would have been hammered although the cynical would say you would do the same if you were on his salary. That being said as a holder I was worried about glencore and zambian government issues resulting in huge delays out of JLMs control which seems to be happening. Also if glencore paid 33 million for sable and we pick it up for say 15 million I would expect it to be funded by cash debt and equity. My guess is perhaps 15 % equity which is still painfully for those with say a 4p average. I also expect any other major deals will have an element of equity and they have recently been more honest about this reality colin talung about equity being the currency of the company. My estimate best sase is 8 to 12pence if all goes well. We might get a boost with PM prices. I am not selling but if there is no real progress by late 2019 my patience will be exhausted

Whilst I find PW an affable and by aim standards a decent CEO I had experience of him offering bad advice and was accordingly cautious. About 9 years ago whilst at chariot after two dusters and no risk management he said the SP was a steal at 30p and whilst it was mother nature 2 chariot 1 it was only half time. Following that experience I was underwhelmed that he stuck to hos 8000 bpd by the end of 2018 clearly beyond when he knew it was going to be missed and significantly missed. On my birthday this year 7th Feb they announced that they would proceed with Kabwe and as everyone knows the next day it was announced the licence was revolked and they were left looking ridiculous. In view of past failures men in their position could not afford to be made to look ridiculous and the SP dived from 3.5p to low 2S where it has stayed since despite predictably the .licence being restored. I had previously decided to hold until Hernic reached full production. Of course now we are finally there it has made no difference. Colin has disappeared since a week after the licence fiasco he appeared on a programme convieniently not mentioning the licence fiasco and talking about where pcm prices might be in 2030- they were a laughing stock at that point. Back on topic I think much has changed at JLP we wont be hearing from Colin again in public forums, only end of year reports. For me looking at the facts JLP is worth a the gamble despite history. Everyone is ignoring Hernic achievement although you could argue that DCM was another over promise and massively under deliver but Leon has learned and is putting that rught. Within a year or so Kabwe will be a reality imo and there will be at least 1 other big project announced probably Cobalt. Hernic will crack 2500 and DCM will produce PGMs. This is reality or you can listned to conroast blah blah blah - yes more money needs to be spent on mentl health services
