Yeah, looks like someone dumped ~3m at ~11am.... or drop triggered a stop ... shame if thats the case
Simon and the ADL board for tomorrows investor conference. Hope it gets nailed and we get some decent investors in, that will support the company through the next 6-12months growth (and onwards!) 5p, 10p, 20p...+ ?!?
As everyone else has said, we’re just waiting now. We spent a few months as a group researching the company to the fine detail (go from june / july time on the string if you want to see what we worked out) and thats why we are patiently and confidently waiting. The presentation on the ADL website is a good summary, but what it naturally doesnt discuss is the much bigger picture we are part of and the links to some very high net-worth and experienced people outside of our own board who have a direct or indirect interest in ADL... i think most of us are expecting to see some of the fruits of our research and patience in the coming weeks
Oooh, the vessel has changed heading and done a 180.... could be still breaking up anchors / working or.... who knows!
... the destination will probably be updated on the vessel trackers sometime today, that’ll confirm it. Its up to the vessel master / captain to notify and he’s probably still quite busy getting up to transit speed etc. Its also possible he doesnt update and we’ll just have to watch, but thats a bit naughty
Nope, no one knows at the moment and anyone who says they know for sure is just ramping their related share (and people are doing it for both locations) Looks as though the rig is under tow now ( as of about 0730 this morning) and heading north. As per other chat on the subject rig likely to go back to ‘home’ port under current charter party and charterer (Petrofac), which I understand is Hartlepool. There after it’ll be up to Corallian where it goes first.... north (Wick) or south (Colter)... we should find out in the coming days hopefully. There would have been a logistical benefit of going directly to Colter from current location but Charter Parties are quite rigid contracts and adjusting to allow Corallian to take it directly from its current offshore location to Colter would have been messy and difficult, not to mention Petrofac (?) needing to agree. Cleaner and I suppose less risky for Petrofac just to complete its Charter Party and Ensco to start new Charter party with Corallian from base location with proper off and on hire surveys...
Rambo, ensco 72 is the name of it. Its the drill Rig and its a jack up. Check out the ADL (and RBD and UOG, etc) RNS from a few weeks back
I dont think there’s any rational behind that or market annoucements eitherway from what I can see Matt.
Seems the vessel to tug the rig has been chartered (so follow this one on your vessel tracker) BRAGE VIKING 19050 DP2 250 T / 750 M2 PETROFAC UK / R/M ENSCO 72, D/D 21 MTR 24/10/2018 Shipping broker notes: http://reports.platou.com/Pages/NorthSea.aspx Thanks to “mike” on twitter for posting the original link but didn’t ref ADL
The .9745’s are defo buys Jace. I took some at this price and its showing as a sell.
Good reply, thanks Rambo. Its been out of date for 2 or 3 months. I think partly intentionally due to all the changes going on, good news they are fixing it.
Pointed out on twitter, seems from RBDs website there is more confidence Colter will be drilled before Wick: https://reabold.com/investor-relations/faqs/ “Colter is being drilled in Q4 2018.” “Wick is planned to be drilled in Q4 2018.”
Agreed floyd, im certain its a confidence test, i can sell 4, wouldnt take 5 from me though.
today (so far)....
Could be an interesting close to the day....
