Cant buy a bean, limit sell
We need a new name and the directors need to buy in at the next opportunity imo, I appreciate they are unable to buy if there is any insider information floating around that hasn't been divulged, but it needs to happen soon..
Hopefully Simons podcast is going to simplify the message to the market the RNS(s) was / were supposed to deliver and clarify the opportunities and future rather than the market having to interpret the various parts which we are doing (and I agree it looks very good), both take some reading and wider understanding to fully grasp and not many will do that if they don't have a vested interest already, they need it handing on a plate to them..
the negative / shorter / troll jumping in on good news and this is excellent news! Well done Simon and the BoD, delivering as they promised. There is a lot in the RNS that will take people a while to understand, will be a good day and week. Exciting times ahead for ADL and lots of opportunity for news flow.
Makes the passed couple of weeks of price depression make sense now huh :)
I don’t think anyone will disagree with that floyd, but repeating and alluding to the same mundane point, to the same group is the definition of tedious.
Meanwhile, nice update from Pertamina today: http://jakartaglobe.id/business/pertamina-ep-discovers-new-gas-oil-reserve-jatibarang-field/
If we aren’t 1p+ by cob today that tells me the bod need to change the name unless there is an exceptionally good reason not too, i.e. massive deal signed / nearly signed in indo that could be hurt
Got to be honest, im a bit annoyed at the full retrace. Badger has never been priced in at this level irrespective of our current holding in Eagle, we’re at a “buy 1, get 1 free” point now imo. I’ll be surprised if we havent taken the Atlantic 33.1/3% stake. Dyor
Im not sure Floyd, Im not experienced sufficiently enough in finance / company filing to confidently interpret the dibenture. But i am confident that the charges doc filed (ref: IMMR) yesterday shows an outstanding charge and references the debenture (ref IM16) that was secured against this deal. Perhaps they repaid the loan but there is still sufficient security in the deal to underwrite the loan facility if they need it?
The “outstanding” bit refer to the current status (as of today), the IM16 is the details of the charge. IM16 is downloadable to and it is the debature secured against the contract...
This is the copy of he text from the charge register boom, its much easier to follow if downloaded, the below is in a table, the first charge is settled, the second refers to the debenture that is still secured against an asset and open:

Yeah I think so boom, you have to pay £2 to download it Jace, here is the link: https://services.gov.im/ded/services/companiesregistry/purchasefileanddocumentlist.iom?BusinessEntityId=331725
IM16 is the debenture
IMMR is the charge doc
Sorry if im dragging up something painfull here, but i would apprecite the comment of the LTH as to what happened with (I assume went wrong?):
https://www.rigzone.com/news/oil_gas/a/143448/andalas_inks_conditional_farmin_deal_for_tuba_obi_east_block_in_sumatra/
The reason I ask is i noticed ‘we’ filed and update charge doc on the iom comapnies registry today, nothing new in it but it refences a debenture we still have secured against the contract (signed feb 2017). I know there was also a placing at the time. The debenture is 50pages long and I havent had chance to read the details yet but a lot of money seems to have gone into this deal - i know this is the old ADL, but there is a legacy commitment here and i expect there will be people for better informed on here that could summarise...
Now thats a sign of whats really going on here
Could be worse, I was in Range Resources for £1000 at 6p (going back a good 5yrs or so), they hit 25p at one point I think, I held, they crashed, i forgot about them and then when I was sorting out some old accounts a few weeks ago I re-discovered them....i sold for the grand total of £10 (after fees taken off) :oD
I can understand the sentiment Aubree but for anyone joing recently thats misleading, they have cash now and also the approval to issue significantly more shares either to the market or as part of a deal if needed following the various resolutions of the AGM (as I understand it anyway), we’ll be some way down the road before thats all spent / issued.
Sorry, in relation to an Indo deal.
Mausaeus: “what happened to ADL’s deal ????” BMD: “As far as I know they're in need of cash to close it...” Take from that what you wish....
How on earth does someone buy 5 shares at .95p a share?!? (I’ll not ask the question of why!)
That would be a shame Floyd, I respect your view and the insight you bring. Don’t rest for too long, hopefully there’ll be something positive to bring you back soon.
Ah Floyd, there is no guarantee stops are triggered (or they have been and not reported yet), its a game of likelyhood and thats just a well documented fact of the manipulative methods they use. What is more certain is if they hold it here people will sell, out of not having the nerve.
Again, there is absolutely no reason or justification for the price to be swung the way it did today. Perhaps it was the LO shares being offloaded in the background and that may be reported tomorrow, but even then it doesnt justify the drop.
