Anyone have any experience of how our nomad has advised with other companies?
Interesting you mentioned Imara in Canada earlier Boom. Probably completely unrelated but the only “Blue Sky Resources Ltd” I could find a few weeks ago when investigating the deal done by Lion Energy on their PSC is an investment company in Calgary called “Blue Sky Resources Ltd”, their strategy (according to Bloomberg) seems to fit the industry but info very thin, they’d need an operation co to deliver IF it were them. Seems a bit of a stretch, but you never know.
Thanks for the reality check FB (as I slowly put the bottle of single malt back in the cupboard, next the champagne that still has the ice stuck to it), needed the reminder of why this share has felt right for a while now, hopefully next week for the news flow and I can get the ice bucket back out.
Hopefully soon FB and for what its worth, i think Badger will come first too
High-level / summary of current activity I guess. I may be wrong, but they can use that forum to issue updates also and follow with RNS. Rightly or wrongly, quite a few here expecting them to mention Badger 3D, perhaps not results but status. Also make a statement on Indo. Appreciate the agenda didnt indicate that was the intention, but you cant help people expectation.
Market (inc me) wanted news from the AGM for sure
Id expect most probably realise double. Link to AGM paper here that gives timeline: http://www.andalasenergy.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/Andalas-Energy-and-Power-Plc-AGM-Notice-v3-clean.pdf
going to the IoM for the meeting tomorrow?
Oh smallacorns, bet you were sticking your tongue out when you wrote that, pmsl ! Floyd, i respect your posts, i see sometimes you don’t follow the flock and challenge, we’re on the same page with some things and I don’t necessarily agree with your views on others, but thats ok and fair enough, your aguments are educated, informed, researched and that i respect, clearly an investor and wishing to debate. I take exception though to trolls coming in, contributing nothing other than comments such as “BMD ramped this to let people out”, im sorry i dont accept that as anything other than unesssary uniformed trash, the only reason someone posts that is because they are either: 1) on the “i hate bmd” band wangon 2) hate anyone who may make money going forward where he’d lost out historically 3) or being paid to drag a stock down I have the grave misfortune of working in the city, not in finance thank god, but in energy. I do however have to breath the same air and pretend to be friendly with the 20 and 30 somethings that spill out into the bars each night from the finance world having ripped off good people and watch them celebrate and joke about. Believe me, they all have multiple accounts here and on the other major boards and they play games to the honest mans detriment. Thats me done, im in and happy to let the share do the talking now.
Ok patch, fair post. Happy to consider facts, share your emails. But then why wouldnt they have a belief in the company, if they didnt then they would resign. Also, its not the ‘new investors’ fault the company has historically been a dog, i came in here having taken a hit elsehwere, not moving over winnings - so thats puts me on a par with the long terms martyrs? we’re buying in now to make a good return and its not the same company it was, different direction all together, pretty sure DW didnt show an interest in the north sea, nevermind get into it. assuming your’re being honest, then you bought in at what you thought was bottom (~.1) and it sank, but you arent too far from where we are now - in money yes, in % not great, but there is a lot worse out there on the aim. Yes BMD involved, some will be uncomfortable with it, others given confidence. Its just a bloke with bald head and an opinion - jeeez, lots of them about. I bought a kebab of one tonight!
Give it rest, maybe you were an investor once who was burned (doubt it) but your ‘input’ is completely unnecessary and without purpose other than to deramp. Go and earn an honest wage, you’ll feel better when you get older son. Im sure your ‘mates’ who made £50 on their last job could get you work squeezing the beer out of the beer matts for their next pint, they’ll probably pay extra for a head
to the point when I visit a share each of you are invested in and ‘rattle the bones’ (without being paid to do so). Its so obvious its painfull, what are you being paid 1-2k? Pathetic, city boys, nice suit but cant afford a beer and happy to sell out for what id pay for a decent night out. Dont be put off by these bottom dwellers... its a good sign.
We are off?!
Tomorrow will be a good day imo
Why the spike @ .028 on an ~11m and 12m buy? I personally think we should be above that now anyway but difficult to see how that was best market rate at that point in time.
come on, reading your historical post your hang up seems to be with BMD and I suspect you're trolling this share simply because he has championed it. If you we're following the board you'd know the answer to the question.
Why not take your fight with BMD to twitter rather than trying to wind everyone up here
There was no need for it to go through at 9p though - v.dirty play by mm’s, when you place a market order you have the right to expect to get best market rate, even if its on the spike - id be reporting it. Unless he’s gone in on a 9p FOK order just to get them, in which case he must know something and has more money than sense or just a fool, a few minutes of breaking up his orders would have saved him thousands and given him a much better return when it rises.
Wish I had a few more quid in here, only just checked in tonight, nice profit though. Will invest more in the morning if I can get in.
The share price go down a couple of % on a few small sells than rocket on a few buys without news and force the company to issue a “we have no idea why” statemement. Look what happened to someone getting caught up in a ramp on JPR today, lost ~13k as soon as he pressed buy on a ~43k order .... eek he must be feeling sick. We’re nicely consolidated and will respond v.well to news - best way. Great time to buy imo and get solid (hopefully very large) returns
Both ltd co’s so hard to tell, clearly lots brewing and all will be clear soon, one thing im sure about its got a very good feel about it all...!
... and of course Paul Haywood, sitting on Block Energy and Eagle.
