After re-reading and listening to the proactive interview shared here, I'm happy to realign my expectations and timelines for Peter to deliver the project RNS's. I appreciate the regulatory steps that have been done behind the scenes needed prior to the projects/trials getting underway. Again, talking out both sides of my mouth - what were AM/JM doing if none of this had been done prior? Applications for a Belgian office must signal some confidence that it's when not if now.

Fingers crossed Q2 gives us what we all want. Clearly some improvement in SP today, still big strides to even get back to where we sat on PB arrival. Seems that only the behemoth of MSC will get us back to where we once were.

I don't have much faith, you're right, but based on the first payment due to be received in the next week and no amendment announced alongside this release, we should receive what was previously agreed (you'd hope). Let's just hope the further delay to the going-live date doesn't slip further and end up in 2027...

Incredibly rude, David (and not condoning Vince behaviour on here by extension). For arguments sake, had someone brought in in Nov '24 after the Business Update when the company stated the MSC trial would be starting in Q1 2025 and found themselves some 75% down today. Are they to blame themselves for being bad investors as you've stated or blame the company who have been more than a bit naughty in their official comms to investors?

Peter won't be immune to criticism should the interims pass without material progress being made. He's been in the position for 6 months save 2 weeks. SP is down 51% since his appointment. I welcomed him with fanfare on his arrival and first company appearances but ultimately has provided no material value to my investment to date

Cityfile, there's no need for MSC to end negotiations; they only need to kick the can down the road. If they have responded to 1 email / attended 1 meeting in the last 12+ months, it can be claimed negotiations remain ongoing. QED are obviously not going to sever ties. This is why so many are frustrated with the messaging from QED. We were told previously that they were near/in final form a year before PB joined, who then stated he'd have 2 people full time working on closing it out. 4 months later, not a peep

I did say they would have to start looking in March as they're not going to get PIs to part with anymore cash to keep the lights on. They'll need up to a 6 month runway to secure further funds. Great to start engaging when the SP is at ~2p (prior to any funding discount ~1p). A kick in the face to all when 3p was seen as a bargain 14 months ago.

Can argue all day long about MSC signing up. That doesn't stop the company completing deals and progressing trials elsewhere which is where my gripe currently is. 8 months on from the Panama trial...

I suppose if Valkor are behind schedule, we would get an update based on Valkor not paying $300k by the end of the month i.e. via addendum to SLS agreement . If no update is forthcoming, then they've paid up and full steam ahead in Utah? (which can only be a good thing)

IMO it's a no brainer based on Byle being on board. His conversion is 3x current SP alone. He's not going to be looking for 10%
