Some nice buys going through. QED is risen. Hopefully we can continue to build on the momentum prior to Easter and get some transformational news in the not-to-distant future
Neither AC Oil or HSO have an approved permit in place to start downhole activities. Permitting takes ~3 months, believe HSO will have to go to Utah DOGM for board meeting on sign off. We also need funding and have no idea what that looks like + procurement lead in. Hopefully not but wouldn't be surprised to see little material movement for the rest of the year
Bear, can't see anything else happening this year? We know Valkor aren't going live until Q4 (at best guess) this year. Surely nothing happens until such time that Valkor actually get the ball rolling
Thanks for all of the time and effort this must have taken to re-engage and get this off the ground, Dust & others. A comprehensive and interesting read on the heels of the IMC last week.
One project that certainly made me re-read was the Morocco/OCP. Weekly contact with OCP led by Senior management to re-ignite the trial programme moving to daily contact between QED and OCP once the trial plan is agreed. A project that looked to be lost (IMO) at the AGM to potentially being the first one across the line..

AKHM, I also got the impression from Peter that he was going to give it away at points yesterday. Hopefully a matter of days or weeks now. Might have just been my interpretation but felt like he had to stop himself more than once
They said it was invoiced and expected to be paid EOM. Valkor are clearly starting to push ahead with Steve Byle taking equity over debt and a position on the board at Tomco (who have the adjoining lease in Utah).
Valkor have the financing, they are in the construction phase of the AR Pioneer plant. Can't see payment being pushed back under an addendum now - why would it? Their financiers will want a ROI
I should have added that I have also noticed that there's a Spanish language Quadrise page on LinkedIn too 'Quadrise [ES]. Not sure if that's old news as it's empty at the moment. Hopefully the company is getting things in place for Central/South America growth
I was going to comment similar the other day, gribbler. It seems that the reactions to QED posts via Linkedin have grown and those reactions are from those in areas of influence, as such. Roll on tomorrow.

From the QED RNS today:
Valkor now expects its 500bpd oil sands pilot plant to be operational in Q4 2026. Representative oil samples are now being prepared in Utah for Quadrise testing during Q2 2026. These samples will inform MSAR® and bioMSAR™ formulation work ahead of equipment and additive shipment to site and the commencement of product marketing activities.
Had originally thought this was due to come live in Q2 2026.
I had hoped we would have a copy & paste on our lease. It'll be interesting to see what we do if we get SB onboard
