Bought another 5k here this morning, having held a previous 5k from 80p. Results should be good if the trading update is anything to go by.

Morning mate, yep didn't think i would get another opportunity after it went over 70p, but glad to get in.

Have put 4k in here this morning at 66p. Had to break up the buy though.

Decent volume today for little UVEL. Bid marked down despite buys being multiples of sells. Could buy in volume earlier so maybe a delayed sell but either way more people getting involved at a higher price and larger amounts is all good in my book.

micro cap, looks bombed out and then comes shooting back up. Glad i held firm on this one and averaged down.

Somebody is very confident with a 424k buy at significantly over the ask. I added 2k at 2.4 the other day

Whilst I do see the mall to a degree as a double edged sword this is clearly suffering from Chinese aim apathy and I continue to see significant upside from these levels. GL

Mr Koo used to work for the lender (Mayne) and has always had a good relationship with them hence no interest on the debt, nut to cancel it completely is beyond our wildest dreams. No tax implications either. Puts us in an incredibly strong position regarding the sale of the Mall which continues to increase in value. Profitable company inits own right, divi paying, now no debt and half of a mall in China. Anything I have mised?
