"Who's doing the lab work for the blood tests?" I believe mhc use acculabs now. Going from info from 6 months ago though so could be wrong.
Quote from the ygen linkedin marketing machine:
The EMEA Sales & Marketing team have had a successful couple of days coming up with plenty of exciting plans for EMEA over the next 6 months, it was great to see everyone together!
Just hope the markets read it. Sp down 40% ytd. Didn't this happen last year: lots of woolly social media info and no rns? Who knows, maybe something is going on behind the scenes.
I wonder how LR is spinning this with the employees. I bet if they vote with their feet then time will be up otherwise no change. Seems to me if LR stays sp will deteriorate, if he goes sp still deteriorates. I hope this isn't the case but is 2023 almost looking like being a 2022 repeat?
I just read mine and was interested in the following paragraph
When a company consolidates its share capital the number of shares in the Company reduces. This will impact the share price as the total value of shares will remain the same but there are fewer shares in circulation, so the price can increase significantly. You may therefore notice an increase in the share price when the Consolidation becomes effective
If tesco have their own home testing arrangement and so do holland and barrat who will boots and lloyds pharmacy use?
https://www.theretailbulletin.com/health-and-beauty/holland-and-barrett-launches-blood-test-kit-service-ivie-29-03-2023/
Looks like the lloyds pharmacy home test category is down to one now
https://lloydspharmacy.com/collections/home-testing
The wait is painful. I just hope it's worth it!
Occasionally check the home testing offering from lloyds:
https://lloydspharmacy.com/collections/home-testing
Anyone else notice how the offering has reduced? It now appears there are two: mhc covid verification tests and a strep A test. The 2san ones seemed to have gone along with the step ahead covid ones. Let's hope they are clearing the virtual shelves for the mhc tests!
Reading the article it sounds like the newfoundland tests are of the lateral flow type and self tests without gp influence. This would correspond to the six screening lfts that mhc have proposed from their recent presentation. The bulk of their offering are 14 blood analysis tests with a gp element. On the face of it it looks like mhc have a more sophisticated testing offering but of course time will tell if this is the case.
I see deeks name mentioned and from memory he shouted down some of the covid lfts. Some have survived so I'm hoping mhc have done their due diligence on their offering. Could be a win for mhc if other tests are found to be wanting.
Whilst we wait for the trading update here is a brief insight from the coo:
'As a business we’re probably a teenager now, but where would you want to be other than in a big city like Manchester when you’re a teenager and you’re feeling a little bit rebellious.’
Hayden Jeffreys, Chief Operating Officer, Yourgene Health.

Still not sure why we had the results early but at least there were no adverse surprises. For me it's all about getting the retailers on board. Hopefully the update later will shed more light in this. Self funded, slow and steady…..
Let's hope the company are hoovering up the shares. Yep, it's a long way from the mylotus days. What's weird is myloworld.com gets more hits than the myhealthchecked website, if the similarweb stats are to be believed!
Let's hope so. I did note a recent operations director ad for concepta diagnostics (mhc) on LinkedIn recently. I'm sure anyone interested would view the rns' to cross check the following reference:
Concepta Diagnostics (MyHealth Checked Plc) provides accessible wellness solutions and is experiencing explosive growth with the MyHealthChecked brand's cutting-edge at-home testing solutions. Our team is highly responsive, agile, and dedicated to pushing boundaries, with a commitment to making healthcare more affordable and accessible.
Time to divulge those cutting edge at home testing solutions!
Looks like the rapid test faq have been added to the mhc website. Now just need the products!

I've seen a few papers becoming available in the last month or so involving the mhc nutrition expert:
https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/nbu.12606
https://www.frontiersin.org/research-topics/37548/genetic-determinants-of-food-preferences-and-health-outcomes
https://academic.oup.com/nutritionreviews/advance-article-abstract/doi/10.1093/nutrit/nuad001/7035397
Not sure if the last one helps or hinders the use of dna knowledge but one would hope the marketing plan is being formulated with this information in mind.
Did wonder if the science support for these tests was causing the delay? If the partners are the high st retailers would they ask for scientific substantiation for the effectiveness of the tests?

Now that you've moved to your new Global HQ at Manchester Science Park, what are you most excited about for 2023?
So no mention of the disruptive tech quoted on the Yourgene website:
Disruptive Technology:
Cell-free DNA testing
Next generation size selection
Non-invasive prenatal screening
Fetal fraction enrichment
Does ygen know something we don't…?
Just checked and there could be another one that states energy profile but this could relate to the vit and minerals test. Using myhealthchecked energy profile blood test as the search the Google preamble throws up the following in the search response:
Thyroid profile blood test
Iron deficiency (ferritin) rapid test £9.99
Thyroid (tsh) rapid test £11.99
Worth checking yourselves as I wouldn't rely on my Google search research!
