It seems mhc have updated their f2f test to be inline with Boots and the others have been reduced to be slightly more than the boots equivalent ones. Seems like mhc is broadening it's appeal to more customers. Good for any new tests they release.

Also probably worth mentioning these are the fit to fly. There are also the uk bound flights and associated tests to consider. Given the mhc website redesign I think they have this in mind. All in all there are loads of travel pcr tests required in the next 6 months and most likely into next year. It's just a case of how much each company can cope with. Hopefully it's safe to say that mhc won't need another fund raise for the foreseeable and we can speculate how much revenue they're generating!
It's an interesting comment ref capacity and wonder how much mhc have in total? Sourcebiosciences like mhc are partnered with Boots (from gov covid test website) for the post arrival tests. sbi also supply a few others (medicspot, better2know and the nhs) but they seem to be planning for 20k a day. Taken from their update last week:
The Group is planning for a significant uplift in demand in the third quarter driven by the anticipated increase in COVID-19 testing as travel restrictions continue to be lifted. The Group has already seen a marked uptick during July with daily testing volumes rising from under 4,000 tests per day in June to approximately 9,000 tests daily at present, well within the Group's existing capacity. Testing demand is expected to rise further and, accordingly, the Group has made preparations to expand its capacity to more than 20,000 tests per day. Should demand exceed these levels, the Group has further arrangements to leverage surplus capacity within a third party owned laboratory

It looks like travel testing quantities are taking everyone by surprise. Hopefully mhc and ygen can keep up!
With the potential revenue mhc has on the horizon I wouldn't be surprised if they were sizing up another acquisition. Whatever they're planning I doubt I'll guess it! I note they still have their old test listed on the boots website. The last 8 must be being kept in a battered dusty box in their old Bullrush grove Doncaster facility. I'm sure they had 15 odd earlier this year, maybe a couple of people still have their monitor. Seems a bit weird they have it listed though when mhc are out of that market.

Bodes well for the new dna tests, if they list the old one who wouldn't want to list the new ones!
Interesting to see they're stocking another brand. Just checked to see if they're on the boots website and looks like mhc are now selling their test in bundles. Got to be for the family holiday easyjet audience.

I wondered too about the conversion rate. Google comes back with a few suggestions but it might be possible to work it out from the mhc trading update. They quote 3m in revenue for the last two months which leaves approx 270kfor the other 4 months with about 165k unique hits. So with their tests at 80 quid 3.3k tests is a 2%conversion rate. Probably worth checking the maths on that though!
Useful website to check the monthly website visits if you get bored checking whether the boots mhc covid pcr test is trending! Updated monthly and in the last two months visitors ramped up massively. Not bad for a business of this size and way more than the mylo website ever reached!

A few visitors from outside the UK is good to see too!
Extract from the boots trading update company outlook section: Boots is one of the UK’s leading COVID-19 test providers with more than 3 million COVID-19 tests administered, the majority in partnership with the National Health Service (NHS), and a growing private test offering with several at home and in-store tests available, in addition to testing partnerships with several major airlines.
So assuming EasyJet would be one of the major airlines, who could the rest be? Hmmm....let's have a think about that.

Looks like an indirect tie up with EasyJet via boots. See comments half way through the following article :

Good to see the boots sales tracker trending all day, got to indicate a few more than 100 being bought today. As its likely to be for amber travel maybe a day 2&8 test purchase to follow! Now can the covid cash help get us to this valuation in a few years....?

So we're at 80 on the boots counter at the mo. I've no idea if this is anygood so I thought I'd check a few other products. Looks like suncream (unsurprisingly) is selling well+100, dove deorderant about 30, clearblue (checked for legacy reasons) below that. Have a look and see what you think but it looks to me like the test is selling well against other product types (appreciate there is usually more than one type) and there is more to come...... Looking forward to see how the new tests do and hopefully will be stocked by boots to check the counter on those!!!!
Always good to read the trust pilot reviews. Mhc response to a HK traveller a few days ago indicates they are at the last stage of the 3 stage ukas accreditation process. The ukas website suggests they are reviewing approx 80ish applications.

So, does that mean that post June only ukas approved providers can be used for the travellers covid test. 80 down from 400? Got to help with this year's revenue. Mhc do seem switched on with cust service and refunding a few travellers too. Hopefully bodes well for promoting and selling the new tests!
The business is definitely in a better position than 12 months ago when you could see mira fertility (us fertility competitor) trouncing mylotus app downloads and boots were selling 1 ish a month. Seems like an age ago! With the amount of resources mhc has I think they've done a great job positioning themselves for the future with pcr. Just hope they convince people of the need to buy the new tests and get the retailers on board.
Looks like a new products page has popped up https://myhealthchecked.com/at-home-dna-testing/
Also good to see to the lab processing times quoted on the home page.
Phoebus, interesting pointer to sbi. Just checked their website and they are planning to supply the day 2 and 8 test kits in addition to the day 5 test to release. Day 2 and 8 testing kits I thought had to be bought via the gov website. Maybe mhc will supply day 2 and 8 test kits for the gov too?
