Buying abdx was always unlikely as mhc as concepta sold their Doncaster manufacturing facility to them and mhc exited the manufacturing side of their lateral flow business. Although I do recall penny saying they could always buy it back in the future but that was sometime ago. What ever happens now mhc are in good place to capitalise on the at home testing market with the revenues from the covid testing. I'm really intrigued how this is going to play out and hopefully the next month will provide a good news flow
Thought this old rns was worth sharing:
https://investors.myhealthchecked.com/corporate-news/archive/2020/040520
Useful to read in conjunction with the rns below ref abdx appdx and noncovid contract services:

Sounds like the appdx is still reaching maturity not sure if the existing customer and fertility refers to mhc/concepta though
In the absence of news I thought I'd carry out further research on their mylo/mylotus fertility product. It looks like the sticks are back in boots! I'm sure they had been removed ages ago

Now with the myloworld website getting hits is something going on in addition to the new product launch or an I filling the void with useless info?! The waiting is painful!!!!
News would be good. Its a small company so maybe the nell people leaving have done their bit and moved on. From the lloyds website we know they are selling double digit pcr tests per day, 100+f2f and 100+ lft non travel perday. So they are defo shifting product. Did a bit more research today and noticed the myloworld website copyright has been updated to 2022 so wouldn't be surprised if this part of portfolio makes appearance this year, why else update this part of the website? Maybe, just maybe it's going to be the epic update we all hope for! GLA
that the cto from nell seems to have departed from mhc in april too. I'm usually quite +ve about the company but this seems strange.

His photo has disappeared from the mhc about us page I'm sure it was their previously.
I wondered whether the delay was down to a change in approach due to the nell acquisition. The original five tests which I guess is from the genome store acquisition were: vegan, lactose, coeliac, caffeine & alcohol according to the website. The presentation from late last year talked about test panels and the rns from the 24/1/22 references the five tests as:focussing on the areas of weight management, vitamin deficiency, food intolerances, heart health and blood glucose. Maybe its just a change in terminology though. Although I could see people returning to buy some areas of the second set of tests to monitor improvements or deterioration where as the first set seem more of a one off purchase. We should know the score by the 7/6/22 so a few more weeks to hold on.
On another note I see their old myloworld website getting a few visitors according to the similarweb stats . Almost half as their current one! Maybe people are using it as a Wikipedia for fertility information. Ironic that it seems to be getting more visits now then when it was selling the lh/pregnancy sticks!
The company is in a much better place now then in those days although defo would appreciate a positive update sooner rather than later.
Thanks roly. Good thoughts. I'm not in retail but if it was easy I'm sure yourgene would have done the pcr /retail side. Similar to your thoughts I don't think we've heard the last of mhc and their high St relationships. We'll I hope so! Not long now to find out if they are involved in the initial rollout. GLA
That's good to hear roly and also ties up with the 11/4/22 rns which penny commented the following : The last 12 months have been incredibly dynamic for the Company and as we issue our suite of at-home wellness tests this quarter....
Just out interest why are you quietly confident the high St will stock them?
Seems like pharmacy first have added the non travel flowflex lft now, not long after the mhc travel verification ones. Similar prices to lloyds, boots and superdrug. No idea if mhc are involved with this but might be worth keeping an eye on. If it is hopefully the wellness tests will follow.

Hi TPKart, I'd urge direct comms if you can but I asked about their involvement with the lloyds flowflex test. The rns earlier this year talked about the travel verification service and penny's comments in the business live article got me thinking it included the non travel one too. Rather than paraphrase I've cut and pasted the q and a:
Q. Can you confirm if mhc provide just the verification activity for this test or do they also supply and distribute the travel flowflex test to lloyds and the customers that buy it through lloyds?
A. MHC supply and distribute the test as part of the service
Q. Also does the agreement include in anyway the non travel flowflex antigen tests that lloyds sell on their website or is this solely a lloyds only activity?
A. Yes, it does
Did ask about what the approved authorisation meant on their website with regard to this test but no further details on this. I guess we keep watching!
Always good to hear different views and time will ultimately tell. I dropped a query into walbrook the day before that rns and mhc responded later that day. I find it hard to believe if there was a major issue going on, the company would have responded so quickly.
Also, they've just introduced the covid recovery certificate, involved with lloyds flowflex distribution, building a tech platform for the second half of the year, oh and going to release the 5 wellness tests in a few months all inaddition to the covid travel tests. I get the impression it's a pretty busy company that wants to evolve its business to the next level but as always we'll only know over the coarse of the year.
I guess the question is whether the same business supplies and distributes them. It looks like the superdrug 5test box photo uses the one box on the photo like mhc. Might be a coincidence though! I wondered what the 'MyHealthChecked is an authorised distributor of FlowFlex™ Rapid Antigen Test' meant on their website . Any ideas?

Looks like mhc have another online pharmacy on board to sell through. Nice to know mhc continue to build their potential customer base.
It would also be good to know how the travel antigen service is going. From the lloyds home testing filter set to popular (is this sales based?) it seems there is more interest (unsurprisingly) in this test than the pcr one. What is also interesting is the non travel antigen is shifting up this filter list. I believe mhc are behind this too. Also interesting is the boots version of this with the counter. Not staying they are connected but it shows people buying them when the free ones are available. One to watch maybe :

Talking of new products I'm sure this is a recent addition

In preparation for when the free lfts end.
The UK Government also had a small stake of less than 3% in Alternative Investment Market listed home-testing healthcare firm MyHealthChecked. Its ownership interest came as a result of MyHealthChecked’s acquisition of Nell Health last year for £1.5m with the vast majority satisfied through the issuing of new shares. Nell had been backed by the Future Fund and had seen its debt being converted into equity before it was acquired. As a result of its acquisition this has gave the Treasury a share interest in MyHealthChecked
