So that is 15% of the company's shares traded so far this month.

At the following average V price, net profit before tax for 2022 is estimated to be as follows:

$55 per kg - $82m, $60 per kg - $104m, $65 per kg - $127m, $70 per kg - $149m, $80 per kg - $194m

Current net debt is approx $57m

Share price is therefore a bargain currently

Maybe this is fake news, probably instigated by the Russians, and the V price is only S35 per kg !!

If current V prices are maintained in 2022, BMN will make a net profit in excess of $100m. The current market capitalisation of BMN is £153m. Either Duferco have placed the biggest sell order in history, or someone is taking the mickey at our expense !!

So if the average V price is maintained at $57.5 /kg in 2022, BMN should post net profits of close to $100m. On this basis, we are due a massive re-rate. On a personal level, I want to buy more BMN, but the only way I can do this is by selling some ATM, which I cannot bring myself to do !

Surely we are due an update from them. I believe their last report had BMN breaking even in 2022 with a share price target of 31p.

Sharesahoy, there were some huge sells yesterday. I cannot prove that they were from Duferco, but seems likely.

Just a reminder that at current V prices, BMN will be making a net profit in excess of $50m in 2022, when most analysts had them around break even. When the Duferco sells clear, the share price should rocket !

The share price is massively undervalued on the tin alone with the current tin price.

This is extremely good news. If the V price can average $42 per kg, then BMN should make a net profit in excess of £20m. This is far better than the broker forecasts.

All in costs are expected to be around $37 per kg. So if the V price is over $40 then BMN will be making healthy profits. All investor concerns about a possible placing totally disappear.

Phimx, I may be completely wrong, but I believe that Duferco will sell their shares when the share price approaches 10p. If the V price continues to rise, there will be lots of buyers, so Duferco will sell their shares quicker, which is good news.

Phimx, in the last few weeks, whenever BMN has a good day, there are huge sells late afternoon. They probably relate to Duferco. We just have to be patient, although it is very tiresome.

Bought some last week but had to do it in 2 instalments due to lack of shares. Decided to top up now, but unable to buy any. Looking good.

I've been known to have some wild forecasts in my time, but £2.59 !!

Very annoying, as in the last few months, whenever ATM have plenty of buyers, there are also large sellers dragging the share price back down. May have something to do with BMN sell, but it will clear at some point.
