Don't worry about it. You always get sellers trying to make a quick buck. I would expect the share price to be over 1400 in a couple of weeks. This is a normal pattern with a YU trading update.

I assume the fall in share price in recent days is due to the collapse in the gold price. Oh hang on, its $2034 !!!

There is huge buying currently, so it must have been some sell to drive the price down like this.

This has to currently be the most undervalued share on the stock market. If the share price does not rocket on Monday, I will eat my hat (if I can find one)

I am hopeful of a total dividend of 30p based on 2023 results, maybe 10p of that as an interim dividend. Total cost would be around £5m.

Hopefully they will have nowhere near that amount of cash, due to the huge dividends they could pay !!!!!

My current target for the next 12 months is 1500. SP Angel target was around 1300, but their forecasts were on the low side.

98% collection from billings indicates maximum bad debts of 2% when the provision in the 2022 accounts was 7.6% if I remember correctly. At some point, the provision will be reversed adding a huge amount to profitability. Well done to all long term holders.

In the last couple of years, the trading update was on 26th May & 27th May. Therefore, it is possible that they had not completed it last week in time for the AGM, which was earlier than usual.

If the company was taken over now, I would be happy with an offer of double the current share price. Any views (not too wild) ?

I noticed in the RNS that they continue to mention the medium term EBITDA target of £20m. Therefore, not anticipating any bad news when the trading update is reported.

Sparky, when YU & many other companies give results & updates, the share price often goes down on the day whatever. I'm wondering if some shareholders realise this & have been selling yesterday & today in anticipation. They will probably buy back in at some point.

Also, I believe YU will issue a trading update, which could be as early as next week.

Sparky, to prove your point, huge announcements out of the blue rocketed share prices for PFC & BUR last week. Shorters burned & traders could have missed out.

The share price reached 943p in July, so it still looks way under valued.

If YU turnover is say £450m in 2023, the bad debt provision in the accounts will be £35m. Most of this will come off the profits in 2022 & 2023. This is why cash has improved far greater than profitability. I believe that YU will reduce the bad debt provision in 2023. If they reduce it to say 5%, this would add £12.5m to the 2023 profits. This is why I believe that they will comfortably hit the £20m net profit in 2023.

If anyone has the new broker notes, it would be good to see.

SNN, I'm struggling to understand your point about the bad debts. It's the bad debt provision which has massively increased, not necessarily bad debts. The accounts include a provision of 7.7% on the revenue of £278k, less the much smaller provision on lower sales in 2021. I don't believe there is any mention of a figure for actual bad debts. Please let me know if I have got this wrong.

Well I thought the share price would be over £8 today, but what do I know. There seems to be huge selling on news with AIM shares in particular, although I have never seen a 20% drop when brokers have increased their targets. Anyway, nothing to worry about here, & I am hoping for an RNS in early April with a few snippets on how well quarter one went.
