Ikn. I see he has a suggested voting form up on his site. Seems to make sense to me.

According to the press release the company can issue in excess of 50% anyway but only in lots of 25% and the 50% is in order to put a cap on rather than extend their ability to issue shares. I can't help but think that this is another attempt to fleece shareholders. The problem is that all trust in the company has evaporated. The only person I have any trust in is Diego in all this. If they want to rebuild trust they need to put him in charge of the whole show as far as I'm concerned. He is the only person who shareholders will believe.

Anyone in the U.K. Who also had this in an ISA and then got bumped out because of the delisting, do you have any idea if this gets bumped back in when it realists or are you out the ISA wrapper once you're out?

I too would like to see all of the individuals get their just deserts. For some reason I hate Pinto more than any of the others. The fact that he's a lawyer I guess. But let's just be thankful for the positives and focus on that for the time being. I do have a question for anyone who knows about these things. My shares were held in an is a account and have as a result of delisting on Aim been shifted into my trading account. If this realists on Aim will they go back into the is a or do the events beyond my control mean that I am in the same situation as if I'd transferred them out myself. I.e. I'm stuffed tax wise if they rocket.

Thanks for letting us know what you could ibewaiting2. I have no idea what max posts because I blocked him ages ago. Your comments have been much appreciated. It's understandable if you don't wish to carry on posting though as you seem to get a lot of abuse for doing so. I guess things will work out somehow and justice will be done. I'll carry on checking in on ikn for news.

Some legal shenanigans if fasken are involved I would think. Otto didn't post anything last Wednesday 'for secret reasons' he said. Maybe he was present at some kind of meeting? Just guessing. But he obviously knows something that fasken - and was it chuck? - would dearly love to know by the sounds of it. Maybe if they are in trouble? Sounds like the boot is on the other foot, but who knows with this carry on!

Someone in another share I'm in set up an independent board on 'proboards' perhaps someone with a few computer skills could set up something similar in this case too so that everyone can keep in touch in the event that the lse board becomes moribund?

That pinto etc hold all the cards but if you think about it do they really? His name is mud with the Peruvian authorities. His outfit have ridden roughshod over corporate law as well as probably criminal law. Diego is well respected by the Peruvian authorities has the shareholders behind him, and the mine is in Peru not Canada. Peru will do its utmost to protect its own people and communities, not to mention the community protecting itself against thieves from abroad stealing their opportunity from them. Just because pinto is from the world of law he thinks that if he can bend the law he can get away with it. What he doesn't understand is that legality and justice are not the same thing and when people don't get justice they act in the name of what is right and not what some hairsplitting legal jargon can make a case for.
