Solid ongoing dividends and a high yield will slowly drag this up. I hope the presentation advises the ongoing plan of how they are planning on increasing revenue uffo and in turn the dividend going forward.

Solid payments and increasing dividend year on year is the only way this share price will drive upwards.

No. Share buy back will come from surplus capital by selling unwanted assets not UFFO.

It will be interesting if they announce a share buy back at some point as that would increase the dividends and normally the share price.

yes. I'm hoping that when it crosses £1 that should be a solid base up to £1.20. As I've previously mentioned I would like to get more insight or strategy / plan of building the UFFO up year on year. Obviously they have 20% surplus capital year on year due to the change of dividend policy but I cant really see that returning significant returns. Perhaps a share issue sometime this year ?

Agree with you sentiment. That's why I hold 58,000 shares and topping up monthly + reinvesting the dividends received.

One Thing I would like to to know on the next presentation is target forecast revenue (next 5 years) and in turn the increase of UFFO and associated dividends. Naturally and increase in UFFO value and dividend value will push the share price up. I believe it was mentioned they are targeting a 10& accounting return without asset appreciation but maybe I heard that wrong ....... ?

Sold for not enough in my opinion but again lowering the LTV.

no that's correct mate they are analysing it every 6 months. The other 20 % will provide investment capital.

The board shouldn't even bee thinking about selling the company they should concentrate on making the company profitable and successful.

its a joke really isn't it. People thought their investigation would take around three months. It will be two year before they get any answers. Completely ridiculous.

The FCA are a pathetic organisation. They are completely useless at dealing with anything and take to long to resolve anything. They are ruining genuine companies and letting criminals get away with everything. Utter shambles.
