Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
I would hope that its more than a £1 by this time next year. I think the biggest fundamentals are to review the NAV in 12 months time as its currently constantly dropping and the value of the reinstated dividend. The company has done well considering the battering all pubs and retail are currently receiving.
yeah not good. But Arcadia has been in trouble for a while. I know the recently retired CIO and he said he was getting out at the right time.
no mate I don't believe so. Not a great day today either.
yeah I'm also in two minds. The numbers aren't great. I didn't like that revenue had obviously gone down but property operating expenses had dramatically gone up around 30%. In fact most costs have all gone up.
how did you find the results mate ?
presentation not working for me at the moment ? anyone else ?
no I agree luke they kept that quiet but it is in the report. I missed that I have to admit. thanks jstar
are people's thoughts on Alchemy making an offer for the whole company once the FCA's decision has been made ? I believe it is a reasonable possibility with the MCAP so low. Interested in your thoughts.
hi Jstar. I believe and im hoping that your incorrect in terms of UFFO I believe it will be better than what your predicting. Also I don't believe they actually drew down any debt in March. They mention a undrawn facility in March. Unless you can correct me ? 28th will be an interesting read for sure.
to maintain REIT status 90% of UFFO needs to be payed out as a dividend . So if the half year UFFO is strong there is no reason in my opinion not to pay a decent dividend especially when i expect to be notified we have £150 million in the bank.
I would imagine that rapid design and manufacturing would still take 2 years to do. False hope in my opinion. The share price needs results and revenue not promises.
@smorrisjones just set it. Thanks mate
silly question but how do you find you telegram username ?
I think you may be right.
agree massive rerate the last couple of days
no need for sarcasm. Companies always forecast and mostly fail. I was talking about broker notes more than anything. But thanks for being a nobhead.
there been any guidance issued in regards to the company making annual profits going forward ?
sorry 3x more shares not 5.
all have to remember that existing shareholders are going to get diluted to oblivion here. As an existing shareholder I don't believe there a win here for a while. People talking multi bags is complete rubbish. to raise around 40 million pounds would mean roughly 5x the amount of current shares which is huge dilution. You would hope that the share price would rise after FCA completion but with the fundraising round the corner which you can guarantee will be at a significant discount as they pretty much always are it will hit the share price hard. Although after the fundraise the company will be and should be in a great growth position sadly existing share holders will get spanked. Good luck all
we could do with a couple of funds adding some buying pressure here. Woodford obviously had a big position but he has now gone. there quite a lot of shares in free float.
