what drugs are you on ? idiot
I saw this for sale on the Allsop site. Sadly it was full of non essential retailers which is against NRR's business model. But a bargain for sure if you think you can withstand current retail sentiment. The yield was about 45% on the Coventry property I think.
ready for the afternoon boom. USA investors will love the prospect over the companies. A slow update perhaps but I can see 30p by end of the week.
can someone mention TEK ? lol
I don't know why everyone is waiting for FCA approval. Our measly 20% doesn't really count for much in the grand scheme of things. Bellascura list on the market and worth what 100 million ? nothing to get majorly exited about....
Any mention of of Walkers Crips, McDonolds, Volkswagen, Tesla, General Motors. And this will be £1 within no time.
You are miles out mate. I've been conservative at 30% . They wouldn't even bother starting the project to make 10%. 50 Million pounds profit a year minimum. x6 300 million Mcap fair value. Without Saudi !!!
certainly do. A strong cash balance is key.
That's really hard to calculate to be fair. can be Certain in one thing though that it wont be in the interest of the other 70% of shareholders.
The 65% EBITDA is 72million Per annum so I don't know where your getting 18 million from ?
I still think NSF will be bought out cheap after the notification has been received.
I somewhat expected it to be honest but god knows that will happen to the SP over the next couple of weeks. The only thing that concerns me is the LTV value I know they are trying their best to settle it but I do foresee some further right downs in valuations. Although I do think the business will come out of this stronger. They key for me is to reduce the amount of debt. GLA
RNS issued and plan seems viable. NSF may follow suit on a much smaller scale. What are your thoughts guys ?
Been invested for around 4 years. Am I right in thinking there's no further placing now to keep the lights on as it was ? In Five years time this company could be really going somewhere. Private healthcare facilities could have our products all over the world.
A P/E ratio of 10 Kefi's MCAP should be around 600 million by mid 2023. That's what I'm investing in.
done some calcs for manica's hard rock deposits totalling to be around $1.2 million profit per month realistically in the bank from August ......... am I on the right track ? Now that would certainly make a 40 million Mcap look cheap !!
I think you are turning rather dilutional here. Your are just just making up presumptions to support your own agenda.
what news are you expecting ?
Thanks Mate appreciate your time.
Has anyone got a simplified breakdown of future revenue streams and values of those revenue streams near term ? would just like to do a quick fag packet calc on profitable income up to Decemeber.
