Most peoples lungs are connected to their nose/mouth via their airways so no doubt SNG001 will still be effective as it will coat and be absorbed into the airways on the way to the lungs.

Yes since it is an open label trial at this stage I guess they're not limited to waiting until any data is unblinded. Yo do wonder what the tipping point would be to stop early.

India have considered a trial and have approved it at a national level. Part of the SG018 international p3 trial.
According to NHS guidelines the main symptoms of COVID are high temp and cough so that would be two ILI symptoms.
