I think Leo who built Arok is a close ally of Bixby. He’s on BoD at STK and is a co founder of Cykel Ai with him. I get the impression TIR, or more rather Bixby, will be giving advice/consultation for Arok and we got some tokens as a token gesture. It might come good, Leo is a smart guy and who knows what he has up his sleeve for it ..

Not even convinced they need to buy bitcoin. they are probably going to build up a decent holding in TAO from subnet emissions and mining operations with Tao Strategies Singapore, once they are runninv. That’s set up like Btc, 21m max supply, halving events (first early next year).. loads of use happening on chain through Ai. It’s not beyond realms of possibility that TAO multiplies in next year or two. If it were to become a top 10 token it would have to 4 or 5 bag now, that’s without other cryptos above it growing in market cap. Tao could see some incredible growth.. Bitcoin? maybe what.. doubles in next year or two? max

yeah Bengot when it comes to crypto Bixby knows a thing or two. PNIX is his treasury type play, they returned £33m to shareholders in 2024. Hold for things to develop, still very early days.

Formal Joint Venture Agreement signed and CMR has received £1.325m

· CMR earning into 60% of a sedimentary copper and silver project (the 'Project')

At the meeting, inter alia, a resolution was passed which approved the sub-division and conversion of each existing ordinary share of £0.10 ("Existing Ordinary Shares") into one new ordinary share of £0.0001 (a "New Ordinary Share") and one deferred share of £0.0999 (a "Deferred Share") (each such Deferred Share having no voting or dividend rights and effectively being worthless) in order that the nominal value of a New Ordinary Share is less than the price of a share in the market.

As a result, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 11,161,483 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each with one voting right (and deferred shares of £0.0999 each with limited rights and which will not be admitted to trading). Admission in respect of such New Ordinary Shares will become effective and that dealings in those New Ordinary Shares will commence on 14 February 2024.
