It’s just an update that special purpose vehicle which the old lottery business was shifted into is finally doing the transaction.

The lottery business was shifted off company books in May (see business update). It’s a nothing news in real terms.

This Tr1 is Peel Hunt acting in their MM capacity. They have to tr1 after 10% and now reducing. There’s not been much volume, so I wonder if they’ve soaked up shares to sell to a single entity?
