yesterday’s late rns is nothing. he converted 250k shares of his loan note. Sold 90k to settle tax liability connected to another transaction- ahead of any funding (important) - and retained 160k to maintain his % ahead of a funding round. Can’t you see why?

he’s literally cleared the decks and stated in last paragraph he’s maintaining the % for funding dilution. no genius needed. keep holding

Let’s not forget he took the risk to rescue this company with that loan note 18 months ago. So fair play .. you wouldn’t be here at this company otherwise.

In the meantime. What message would it send if he sold to clear a tax liability AFTER funding? Best it’s fine now. 90k shares.

Peel are a market maker. Someone mentioned to me earlier that mm’s have to declare a tr1 after 10%. You’d have to look into that to be sure, and question why they’re happy to soak up any selling and hold so much.
