The fundamental of this company shows they do possess a very valuable asset i.e. cambay, and It is absolutely ridiculous to just price the whole company at 5million, with regards to this enormous gigantic multiple million asset. Fundamentals itself, defys how we can be trading at 0.25. And yea, I told you i have no information of when the RNS has come.

but here is a fact for you, it's due in 2 weeks time. like it or not. it's either gonna be a very deal-breaking RNS or one that causes u to switch your lights out. You choose. I'm accumulating and stocking up before this RNS. I don't serve to ramp this stock. I just buy stocks with reasons, and strong fundamentals. yoda!

But, BOD won't just do an equity raising out of mere "fun". Explicitly stated in the RNS, " to support several POTENTIAL outcomes". And yet, people are still selling. I really do hope people would start to give more credit to Joe and his team of BOD. Oilex constitutes of solely independent directors that wants what is best for Oilex. Check out their linkedin profile and the write ups about them to read in detail about this BOD. It is mental to see how such a strong team of BOD that wants to get this cambay issue resolved in the fastest means, and to proceed with drilling plans as proposed, is only valued at 5mil? Budget and preparation works are already set in place into unlocking this beastly cambay asset.
Their past failures in drilling cambay has an existing solution which will be acted upon this gspc issue once resolved.
The fact that cambay and badhut asset of oilex is only valued at a shy amt of 7million, when it is worth, imho >20million ( could be even more, i’m just putting a conservative figure).
high court has alr ordered GSPC to pay for cambay expenditure. GSPC dominant strategy is to resolve this issue to start getting cash flows from cambay.

I couldn’t see less apart from equity financing by this company for this stock be valued at such a price.

Well. Seems to me there’s alot of criticisms about what i’ve said. I’ll let the announcements speak for itself. You don’t have to trust me. Trust the RNS :-) I’m here to just share facts with people, to the best of my ability. Have fun trying to prove me wrong. I couldn’t care less. Haha chesh. Precisely why information have to be handled delicately. I don’t possess inside information. I just know that there is indeed progress ( irregardless of all the neysayers saying no and coming out with the conspiracy theories). And that they will announce whatever they can when the time is ripe :-). Like it or not, fact here is. Progress is made in their talks. I don’t know exactly in detail what it is because that is deemed insider information. But, hey. Fact check again. This has been almost 10 months since the event of default has been issued do well note that based on facts we have, gspc are the one holding down the drilling and production. And progress has been made on this, with it being in its “advanced stage” as said by the RNS. I merely confirmed it with my own research. And I guess, it’s not wrong to just simply put it “ the BOD will release it when it is official ( when the time is ripe)”. Those are facts that can’t be refuted. Yoda!

Simply said, I can’t post it on public websites otherwise deemed as inside information. Just patiently wait for the announcement that will reach in due course, as said by the BOD. Have a great day investors.

sorry for my bad typo cause i was too excited from the reply i got from oilex. i loaded up all i could at this share price. if it does drop even more, i'd be glad to load up. Hoping more sellers would sell this down so that their impatience would prove to be futile. been in touch with them and all I can say is. There's a good reason why I'm happily accumulating stocks over here right now. Anticipated to clear within weeks pending OFFICIAL announcement by BOD. have fun :-)

You must understand firstly guod7 and gordon, this is INDIA. the land of bureaucracy. Full of red tapes and long ( inefficient ) decision making processes. Patience is a virtue.

doubt you get a concrete one, because this is subjected to agreements that must be signed in contractual terms for it to be "RNS-able". They did give an indication, but people are just too stubborn to wait for it. Don't forget, most people on AIM jumps on news, and trade to profit from there.

the reason why it's taking so long is not a simple one. Naturally, they have to take into account their sources of funding (contracts and terms of agreement with their potential jv and in the event of forfeiture of payments or failed drill what happens and what plans to follow thereafter), right ONLY after they settle with GSPC with regards to EOD (and how they plan to repay oilex with it, through cambay assets or cash?). On top of that, these is subjected to the failure of OILEX already having failed drills and wasted money on cambay (credibility affected),and terms & conditions required to be fulfilled. Don't forget, this is also dealing with the indian govt, which has a history of red tape, making decision making process extremely slow. So, I do think it's fair for the process to be slow. My question is now, is it due march 2019 or june 2019? I don't quite understand what is march 2019 quarter.

contacted the company with regards to what they mean by march 2019 quarter? is it the end of march or by june 2019?

and i'm suspecting that retour was just "used" by the BOD to jack up the price. No point brooding on it anymore .learn from it, just as addams who have been stuck here for 5 years told us .
