agreed chesh. tbh, the only thing holding oilex back is gspc. and OILEX, in any case, has the upperhand here. Irregardless of whether oilex goes to arb or commercial settlement, cambay has to be drilled. cambay has been proven to be a tough nut to crack (maybe not anymore with the blue prints now set in place). And now, even with such blue prints, gspc still decides to drag this matter for xx months to try and get a better deal from oilex. Needless to say, I'm giving this less than a month for a new update on cambay issues, with gspc divesting some, if not all of their rights from cambay so that oilex can FINALLY get the drills on and follow their plans to start 2 vertical drilling, thereafter a horizontal and whatever that may precede. Selling oilex at 0.19 or even at this level is absurdly ridiculous. Truely, the market has overreacted due to the fact that this may take a while. Still, with OILEX having at present very low debt-equity ratio (definitely clear any debts or even possibly, take on debts), and having the blue prints to turn cash positive. It's absurd to see oilex reaching such a level. Many idiots like thechancers are going to regret it when the d-day comes. which has been counting in days.
Please read the RNS carefully and note the phrase that most BOD uses to stipulate a timeline "VERY NEAR FUTURE AHEAD". not in the future, but in the NEAR future. Hope this speaks out to all fellow investors to factor such a condition in before selling away. (in fact selling at these levels is in turn of getting yourself mugged) Oilex has lost its patience with GSPC, and the BOD are planning to pull their weight on this, not in the future, but in the upcoming few weeks if GSPC doesn't plan to agree on the commercial settlement.(2 weeks has past on) And for me, i think it's quite the obvious that GSPC clearly isn't settled with any commercial settlement due to the simple fact that the contract doesn't q work in their favor given how they have given this thinking process a few months since then. Clearly, given the facts of the case, it is ridiculous to see the price drifting down to such low levels.
