That company would need to establish a good rapport with the new guinea govt for that to even happen. Which would really depends and you have to see whether will china sonangol be even allowed to continue this. Honestly andrew, read the article kabisko sent to get a clearer picture of the background behind BZM and other players to know what the different stake holder wants. Guinea wants a non corrupt company to invest into them. But it’s almost impossible given how so many crooks are out there just to steal oil from them and not help them. The article describes all the relevant companies that have alr done so, including CS. I suggest you focus on the port deal information here, instead of what china is doing. That is past information which serves 0 meanjng given how CS already said no loans. So it’s up to BZM BOD to show us what they got to kerp this company afloat, without CS help.

hudson is a shell company andrewww, and china sonangol is just using hudson to negotiate with bzm. nope. license is strictly linked to bzm. if they lose bzm, they might lose the license (conditional if the govt is willing to trust china sonangol with it, but prolly not after sam po's fucking up CS and getting caught)

idk what your feud here is but it's not with us, it's with simon and i know that u do not trust him. but some of us here do, and him being in AIM before, clearly knows how and the relevant actions needed. Hey thanks for the update from simon. He seems very optimistic that something is going to happen. That he does actually own the port and he knows what he is doing. But then again, kabisko you have your pov. Both are not wrong. Some things, we really dont know take for example the port asset. Kabisko and walko claims they have no rights but the bod says they do. So, it’s all a ? Perhaps, like what simon says, wait and see. There’s nothing else we can say. If kabisko is right, we would be dead. But, i just want to leave all of you with one note. BZM was never colluding with Hudson. That’s a fundamental fact thus the TOUGH negotiations they always have to batter about esp with CS. Moreover, the BOD knows that they shouldnt be touching something they dont own, less they break any rules and they could potentially go to jail for it. So, i suggest like what everybody sees, wait and see what happens. Look at investerinvester. So quiet after the latest RNS. Maybe he is just watching like the rest of us, hoping something good will happen.

Point now is: can BZM monetize the port asset? If they can, good for us. If they can’t, we suck it up. Altho there are really frauds that happened, i guess the best we can do is to lodge a case on CS ( at worse) or just suck it up and see what happens after that. Let’s just wait and watch how this plays out. Simon isn’t stupid to put a trading halt for no reason.

It was about leasing the port. But they could sel it for money. If u get what i mean. Doesn’t answer that and they do not need hudson’s approval for selling such a port. That’s the basis they are discussing now. Yea. Like what walkk said before 15 dec let’s see what happens.

Either ways, since HUdson decided to default on this loan ( not BZM), in the event of insolvency at least the assets will be monetized to be distributed. Not sure whether we will even see it but at least, we will know what really happened

Well true that big bear. I don’t think there’s pretty much we can do about this alr. I had an enjoyable read about china sonangol. It just seems to me BZM used to have a voice, but it got severely curtailed by CS when they replaced all their BOD with theirs. Sad but it’s true. Honestly, hoping that something happens with the port ( there’s gotta be a reason why they said it since june 2018) and they can monetize it. Idrc about the history and the facts that entails it. It’s ether port or bust. The end. And the fact that they can even talk about selling a port, it just means that they do own it. Why talk about something since june, without any relevant authorities questioning them about it.

Point here is: friend or foe, it’s a good background check for who BZM is dealing with. I just wanted to know why did walko even say port land belongs to bzm and forecariah (bankrupt alr) owns the port asset. And why bzm is even bothering about monetization of the port asset. It just seems to me they may be siphoning as much funds out as they can from this company, and this seems to be their last attempt.

Read it kabisko. Yea. Makes sense withregards to all that was happening. Just the same question. No notes saying about the port (land) not being owned by bellzone. It was just the background of this whole problem. Which makes sense why hudson did not want to even lend bellzone any money
