Yes the license is only waiting to be issued- as I said if you knew you were on the verge of receiving it you would wait til the last minute to start trading again. This has now been almost 3 months in suspension and although the people involved have probably been curtailed by corona I imagine this is imminent.

If you’re negotiating a price that equates to say 50p a share then you’re not going to want to open at 4p.

How I see it in short- pre suspension we were going great guns with sp rising , palladium rising and lots of news coming- then we were suspended- then comes along corona and with it wiping out a third and for some half of a companies worth and this was the ftse 100.
We were shielded and any negotiations that were taking place probably got put on hold to see how the world works out.
The bod took this time to find a new nomad ( I believe the deal is done and signed already and been asked to put on hold) and to push along flanks license etc.
The bod are going to want to start trading again with good news to lift the sp to them put pressure back on the potential buyers.
I don’t think the question is are we going to trade again before the deadline ( unless they’re negotiating more time due to corona) it’s are the bod gonna get some juicy news along side it. Aimho

It’s not just us that are down- Odx, sng, fab, avct and others in the limelight right now are all down- I think the market it taking a deep breath before someone makes a break for it- plus there’s a lot more talk around the phone app which takes the light off us ( not that the app is going to cure you or help you recover ).
