PSB I was about to agree with you on the record time- although my broker told me yesterday that you can buy up to cop on Friday and regardless of admin register etc you will be eligible- however I’ve just gone on to globenewswire and it clearly says you have to be on the register by the Demerger record time ( 7.00 30th Oct).
It goes on to explain that they’ll be allocated £1m and the book value of the share distribution is equivalent of £3.07m

Thank you JH for the reply- they could be wrong but we’re adamant as I kept asking for confirmation- no fears of me missing out as I doubled up yesterday ( sadly at 193) . I will be holding but there is a case for a sell strategy at 4.29 Friday however I will be holding for the bigger prize.
They will have to let this go soon and I find it frustrating that since we nearly hit £3 on no Clarified news and Ii’s buying in at £2 all we’ve done is drift on nothing but good news.

The deadline being close of business friday so Friday 4.29 is the last minute.

My broker says 4.30 Friday and doesn’t matter about the admin surrounding it.

Lots of talk about cut off dates so I ran Robert Emmet and asked wether you needed to hold 2 days before cut off, he was vague and said it sometimes takes a couple of days to appear on the register so best do it early to be sure- however he said my broker would be better informed so ask them. I rang my broker and he said as long as you buy before close of business you qualify and has nothing to do with how long it takes to update- if you’re in you’re in.
Not that I want to but he said you can then sell them on opening on Monday morning.

This to me does not appear to be a speeding ticket as as others have said before it would read no reason for the rise however I remember recently odx did get a speeding ticket and it carried on regardless so either way the market will dictate what happens but don’t fall for the first few minutes drop.

Sounds like some tips here and more research to do before this comes to a head- I’m reasonably heavily invested in tils too which will steadily climb to the end of the month of when they do a share split- well worth a look as I think it will double in a short time.
