It tells us Nick is still in control and that is not going to change in the near future.
Regardless of how he got there he got there and those votes are his to use.

Red i dare say most would accept £1.5+ as a good result.

Also noted only resolution 3,4 and 11 had similar votes against but all over Resolutions were almost unanimously voted for with around 98% of the vote.
Looks like Black rock are onside which is a big plus as they could of really swung it along with the pi vote (letters in post) which they worked out would be important.

The argument still holds some weight if new investors are brought in with similar standstill agreement like we did with bhp?

Quady i get that however there are still circa 20% pi and I like some others will not be happy if this time next year we are still kicking the pfs along and not bringing drill results to the market.

Ice, if your numbers are correct (80% voted) then 1 of the big holders didn't vote against which my guess would be black rock .
That would seem strange as they are big holders of bhp are they not.

Assuming the bhp, ncm,cgp and b rock all votes against we can tally up these numbers.
I think its no mean feat to gain 55% of the vote in this situation and means over 90% voted in the agm?

Dbw thats the way I see it and essentially a win win as we know a little more of how it's going to pan out.
I also feel cgp maybe a little anxious as if bhp are backing us it will mean they are under real pressure to produce some major funding.

Not sure I'd say cgp are a fly in ointment but more a iceberg on the horizon which will be a mere ice cube when we steam past next year.

Rcgl surely hiring in the right people at the top will iron out some of the issues you raise.
These people will have had plenty of experience in dealing with various contractors and have their favoured people to deal with..... exactly the same in any type of business.

My hunch is that bhp are on board and nm needs the pi to get the specials through.
Ncm and cgp will vote against so essentially bhp v ncm
