Whether I hold for dividends at that time would be something I would review at the time and if funds are required for something else.

You can't keep asking us to not count Nicks 20% shareholding as it exsist and is obviously important to how things play out.
If you wish to remove them for the sake of the argument you must at least be prepared to remove the other major shareholders.
