Not illogical at all, still seems strange that we have no real info regarding the attempted raise.

What we do now know is Bhp and Ncm are taking a fair bit of dilution and imo that's as a direct result of their behaviour over the last 12-24 months and that may annoy me if was a bhp shareholder.

Would it be enough to bring bhp to the table?

If I was invested in Bhp now I'd be pretty 9issed off that we haven't got another chunk of solg even if for a premium of current sp(especially if its as exciting as we believe).

Maybe that was never in the cards.

Add, I'd say the process started 2 to 3 years ago.
We knew it would be bumpy and plenty of opportunity for the traders amongst us but just feels like a big game of chess( think about the French translation wtf)

We seen to be at the point where there is not too much movement to be had ( either side)without major change ie funding, jv outright sale.

Hopefully the end of Bhp shenanigans and acceptance that of they want it they need to get somewhere close to the real value here.

Quady, cgp situation just needed time to resolve and like you say they were cornered too.
My only suprise was the great deal they got.
Anyhow we move on and it looks good for both parties.

Our path just got a lot clearer with many more options.

When I say I'm here to the end I mean sale or production.
I'm happy to wait for either as long as there is decent progress in the meantime(last 2 years too slow)but it does not feel like solg will be around in the next 6 months.

Ortex shows the short interest in solg and it seems strategic shorts interest around quiet(news wise) spells help push the price down.
This along with small volume make it easier to manipulate.

Of course I'm reading between the lines regarding BR and wouldn't expect them to make it easy to have a trail back to them being the world's largest fund managers.

Please tell me if I'm reading that wrong as happy to learn.

Lack of volume makes it easier to manipulate.
Its nothing to do with wider market(although that has affected us too).
Not sure why your so defensive on this and the idea someone may want to keep the price down on solg.

It doesn't go up as quick as it comes down though does it.
A few months ago there was sustained buying and we all saw this in the form of after hours buys and yet it creeper up.
Last week in 1 day with saw minimal sells wipe out a 20%.
