What nonsense - there is no mysterious evil share manipulator at this micro cap - its demand and supply of shares - no more - no doubt the small increase in the week has to do more with small increases in the gold price. Nothing substantial is going to happen here until the end of March when it will be fireworks (one way or the other!!!)

Dividends cannot be paid with the capital structure as is but the proposed change will allow it my moving distributable reserves to distributable reserves so while you are correct it is technical I think it will be seen as a positive and the first step in reinstating a dividend later in the year which will then attract income funds.

Just hope he doesn't fluff it and kick the can down the road again - suspect a new financing would be required by May so more dilution but let s hope it doesn't come to that - I guess we find out at end of March !!

Bought in Too today - I usually go for slightly more adventurous shares as these colossus companies are good for safety and a bit of a return but not much excitement as I try to look for 20-50% upside on my shares but the big drop here on decent results mean it’s a pretty safe 10% rise at some point this year and a divi to boot so worth a few quid especially if Sterling weakens

It won’t make a difference but if the clearance is given I’d guess the share price will get a bit of a bump just on the confirmation- it’s been so long since PFD shareholders haddd a dividend it will be sure to attract income funds when it does at last happen !!

I do find all these conspiracy theories about malevolent MMs using dark arts to try to manipulate the share price of micro caps pretty pointless. These these multi billion dollar companies do not give a milliseconds thought to AIM tiny stocks despite what some paranoid people seem to believe - in any case it matters not tiny movements up or down - this will explode when as I believe financing arrives -, really if you cant wait 8 weeks to find out you are a gambler not an investor, I get my annual bonus on March 26th so I'd like if they would wait until 29th to 31st before news !!

I made clear why a couple of months back - principally because the placing I was warning about has now actually happened and so there is no imminent cash crunch now, secondly the fact that the board including Harry took ALL their outstanding wages in shares at 1.60 - many hundreds of thousands of pounds they could have had in cash following the fundraise showed that this time they are fully confident it will happen and finally the fact that the partners this time are a lot more substantial than the previous shower.

Getting more and more confident this could be a 10 bagger in 2-3 years - 8 weeks max to wait for funds - exciting times

The upside is far more than a measly £128m - could easily be £200-300m in a couple of years based on current assets and then potentially more if we uncover other viable deposits but it all depends on TK financing. Without TK financing there can be no financing of the development of Saudi assets so if it doesnt happen we will inevitably be diluted there from 34% to I dont know 10-15% ? as happened last year destroying yet more shareholder value. If Harry doesnt deliver this time please vote him out - he's a disgrace for his ineptitude.

At the webinar can we all ask Harry will he resign if he AGAIN isn’t able to sort funding, my toddler is about to enter high school from the time Harry first promised funding- FFS enough already - either get it sorted by March or step aside and let someone COMPETENT to do it - IF he resigned the share price would double as the market simply does not trust this naive fool

and the holding company of Kefi is due back from the Project a couple of million quid that they have borne relating to the project so IF it does happen that means the holding company has funding through 2021

We are due an update (or maybe more than one ) next week - Harry said within weeks some 6 weeks ago so I'm expecting TK funding news within 2 weeks as otherwise he should have said months !! Harry dont let us down (again!). From my point of view another kick can down the road could see the share price fall to 1.5 or 1.6 but the assets themselves will hold this up - but funding news could easily triple from the current 1.7p virtually overnight - prefer to be in as risk reward is just too big. Thats just mental and scaremongering - they just DID a fundraise (which I correctly predicted a month of so before BTW) - there is NO CHANCE of a fundraise anytime before May at the earliest.

Absolutely you are correct - its all down to whether he delivers funding for TK soon - if he does properly ie cash in bank, cast iron legal agreements with the FTSE company etc then I think 4-5p should be no problem - hopefully more - if it falls through eg a bank or the FTSE company back tracks on their committment for whatever reason - back below 1p - and if it is fudged probably somewhere between 1.5-2.5p depending on how believable the fudge is
