The problem is no one doubts the value of the assets guys - thats why most of the people here got invested in the first place. IF these assets are properly developed and exploited then absolutely Kefi is worth multiples of where the share price is now BUT BUT BUT the Board of Kefi have for years and years missed stated deadlines after stated deadlines (I was quite shocked earlier when one of the posters stated Harry had never said March !) - and frankly the deafening silence this month (there was no need to wait til the last minute ) seems that the funding is delayed again. This is NOT a small issue of waiting a couple of weeks if it transpires - it impacts firstly the last remnants of the credibility of the Board, it means that any funding is up against the election and potential new govt with different ideas, there are operational impacts about when kit (multi million pounds of sophisticated machinery etc) can be ordered, people moved etc and of course the need to raise cash to fund day to day activities salaries (which look like they are increasing with the new hires) and so yet more dilution. All the Saudi assets cannot be developed (no matter what their potential ) UNLESS Kefi can pay for their share of the dev costs which again all rests on TK funding - someone said they were happy with sorting by June - I would say that would be a further disaster and result in big fall. Lets Hope HArry doesnt let us down again - if he does please can we get a "SACK HARRY" campaign going

And finally - before I get a torrent of abuse - I do understand there is lots of actual relatively easy to get at gold and Cooper at TK, Jubal and H - that with competent management would have Kefi valued at hundreds of millions now but unfortunately we have Harry.

Best thing that could happen is funding achieved and Harry stepping down - inshalla

The derampers as you call them only point out these FACTS after various RAMPS from usually new accounts who appear near every deadline spouting certainty about funding which this ceo has had a dismal record at achieving. The old adage - fool me once shame on you , fool me twice shame on me springs to mind. Not helped by his 300k plus salary , his consultancy contract and his seemingly lack of shame at awarding himself endless discounted shares and options for achieving precisely nothing.

We know an RNS is coming in the next week - not sure of your question - but yes if you say an RNS is coming tomorrow then one day you will be right -

£70k purchase or sale (you cant actually tell) indicates nothing except someone has bought or sold - not that they know anything - its less than 0.2% of the share capital - dont get too excited lol

Ha - so we ‘ve went from assertions of what happened to “just because it’s not in an RNS doesn’t mean it didn’t happen” - surely you can see the dishonesty when someone asserts it DID happen to roll it back and say it might have happened - anything might have happened for gawds sake. In any case the hold up has never been the gov - they have wanted it to happen and have fulfilled their part of the bargain but for years Harry has been unable to fulfill his private investment part of the bargain - let’s all hope his millions of pounds salary from when he first promised might actually deliver something this time.

Just on the completion- I agree cash doesn’t need to be actually in the bank BUT we do need legally binding signed agreements with (ideally) named reputable parties - otherwise it’s just ANS all over again

Harry did indeed have a meeting about 18 months ago with Abiy when ANS were still in the frame - but no details of what were discussed let alone the 5 or 6 assertions made earlier were true - merely wishful thinking or guesswork - WHICH IS FINE if asserted as such but it wasn’t it was stated as FACT !!!

Again nonsense in no RNS does it state or imply PM Abiy has insisted on local investment, has got involved in any operation level or any of the assertions you make. I hate dishonesty for personal gain. In the same vein I have refuted claims that a fundraising will be required before end March that was put out there a couple of months ago. I will admit to something not being quite right with me as apparently on this board if you own shares you must be irrationally optimistic or else you are traitor or worse. I suffered the same criticism before the year end when many here were stating that funding was nailed on and that a placing was impossible- I was correct on both points - now I am NOT saying funding won’t happen merely that there must be a huge ounce of salt and the fact Harry mentioned April in his last presentation means it won’t be this month.

Please do forward the links where you reference PM Abiy and how he has personally sorted all this for us - I have followed here for years and must have missed all that - unless of course you just made it all up and presented it as fact but thats something you would ever do surely

Unfortunately I know it is difficult for intellectually challenged individuals like yourself who can only pump, pump, pump no matter what - despite multiple false calls and assertions - you think that anyone who introduces some nuance is somehow dishonest. Is it so hard to get your head round the fact I am trying to get newbiew to understand the risk- to make it easier foor you I put £500 bet on LIverpool winning the Champions league at 12-1 a couple of weeks ago. I do not go around trying to get other punters to bet on Liverpool - proclaiming no risk, get in while you can , definitely going to win etc etc as you lot do - NOTHING I say will affect what goes on on the pitch in the same way Nothing I say will affect Kefi funding - I'm happy with my risk/reward hence I bough more last week - but make no mistake it IS a major risk - and what you lot do with few exceptions is dishonest
