500 shareholders naturally Would be the first customers with zero advertisement costs they all recommend 10 people that gives you 5000. That five thousand recommend 10people 50,000 customers. Then Who cares about the first 500. Cheapest way to do it.

Im no expert but although this is absolutely screaming scam I don’t think they have actually done anything that that could be prosecuted?

Would a better road be, setup a closed private form of communication any one who wished to be involved could verify using the shareholder section of tally lol or a screenshot or something of share certificate in order to avoid any clowns. A number of options could then be put forth and a poll to vote on a way forward. We could then all get behind what ever would have been most popular and take it from there?
At the moment we have a bit of a say collectively as we are most likely connected to the majority of customers.
I’m not at all implying in anyway that anything should be done at this stage that adversely affects the company. But I think we should demonstrate we won’t just be a bunch of individuals accepting a loss on a share, it’s beyond that now they have dangled carrots for 2years and used us to actually get a customer base.

BA I sort of agree with scope of gold for the masses wouldn’t that just bring back the problem of why the gold standard was abolished?

Yes I agree so why have a shareholder section, nothing is said that hasn't been released via RNS or to any media outlets, so why not just have a community and stop poking all the caged animals with sticks. all its doing is causing frustration and division between shareholders. its clear they don't like the negative comments on social media and say they are damaging their own investment yet they continue to load their guns.
its pretty much fact that without shareholders being the first users this wouldn't of got off the ground without a massive marketing spend which they do not have . from September to the end of January they averaged 125 new users per month, make no mistake up to now they have needed us to get this far. I think us shareholders will find out if we are going to be crapped on between the 15 and 20 thousand user mark, maybe slightly higher.

The product and business case is decent and could be driven forward at far higher speed if everyone pulls together but Cameron is letting the side down with his corporate management at the minute. I really do think the only way to provide some certainty for shareholders, kick any negativity and smash out some real user numbers is for Cameron to put some real credible un doubtable commitment to relist on the table ( not his shares his inflated wage has purchased ). we could all stand united for the good of the company and its shareholders and demand something like this, instead of having slanging matches over how each of our beliefs are formed over the uncertainties the company have created. probably more chance of platting fog though lol.

Ok fair enough. I don’t know him well enough to know if he would risk prison or not but I do know he has form for bending the truth at times lol I personally can not promote it for this reason. shame it’s just the corporate side letting the whole thing down and holding things back, if they sorted themselves out in this area things would be a lot more rosier.

I did see over the weekend the first 1000 customers had an average holding of 2000 quid. They didn’t tell their shareholders that did they?

Hi Jonny just out of interest has your view changed about the proof of gold. You said on the forum that the letter wasn’t really sufficient proof and would ideally like a legal representatives signature. Not digging you out at all just wondering if something has come to light to warrant saying there is only a slight risk?

Hi 99trebble i admit I don’t know the football situation much at the minute but I do agree with you to a certain extent about there wages if it was averaged out over their lifetime it would still be good goin but probably not as much as you would think of the top of your head. But if that’s the case they are refusing to help their club in a financial bad time because they think they deserve it, then they cannot be surprised if they end up with no wage at all because their club couldn’t folded. I’d also assume if every other club is facing the same pressures as they are a business, then that player would most likely become less attractive to employ elsewhere. Maybe the bigger picture is more attractive ? My view would be everybody pull together from the top to the bottom and do what needs to be done to pull through hard times for the benefit of everyone.

Yes I agree no one wants to over pay on the old tax bill lol but they are a very long way off paying any tax with that set of accounts. Thats why when I hear the phrase I will always put the company first to defend another misleading statement, this time on the Railsbank sale I think now hang on a minute. JonnyE agree with you on the business front which appears contrary to Cameron , again my opinion But I have dealt with a lot of people and it’s extremely rare someone would take a pay cut unless cornered, most people always think they are underpaid And would fiddle something given the opportunity to line their pocket as they genuinely feel they are entitled to more, so Cameron on 2400 a month from 175k!! I’d eat hay with a donkey if that was true.
It is poor that they can't provide what they said they are going to provide as proof of gold. They even managed to kick that can another couple of days lol

I do think this is con but also believe that there is a slim chance it could be chased back to market so to speak.
I’ve said many times I could be wrong and I hope I am, but putting the the blinkers on and living in hope isn’t goin to get any of us anywhere it just makes us easy targets.

On a company losing 865k a year of which the majority is ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES Cameron was taking 175k, yes some was put into shares here but that’s still lining his own pocket. if he is putting the company first why not leave 150k in there, (don’t pull it out to put it back and claim he’s done the company a favour ) until he has made a business capable of paying high salaries. It’s not like he doesn’t have other incomes is it.
It’s quite easy for them to invoice tally from another company of theirs for admin services or consultancy or whatever and take money from that company so we would be non the wiser to what is actually goin in their pocket which originated from tally. This is just pure speculation but big Mj is a shareholder of first equity holdings along with Cameron, the tally shares he bought making it look like he’s the good guy in all this, could well have been repayed or part repayed through the back door as we don’t see invoices to the company, these things need a credible loser to go with us should the worst happen. Why don’t tally borrow money instead of to grow the business this year interest rates are next to nothing if there is a sound business case here a bank would back this? Less dilution ? You may think I am a troll but I want this back on market and trading at a good price as much every other holder but patting each other on the back saying we’ll be millionaires soon because the gold price has risen is just lah lah land and achieves nothing for any of us.
