The milestones where set out this time last year, they like everything else have been renegaded, which i fully expected. Now there are "many and varied milestones" ha !!!!.
If you belive Cameron and his team ( they are NOT just naive passengers) will come good for you then this will end up serving you a good lesson in life imo.
As i have previously said to legitimately do something there needs to be unity and strength in our numbers but some are happy to keep trying to grasp the ever changing carrot which is dangled thus dividing us exactly as they want.
Take a look on twitter Cameron is quick to point out that us retail investors never participated in a placing therefore we gave our money to a seller on the market and have never contributed to the company, so basically we are irrelevant.
so who was that seller, could it of been someone who did participate in a placing like myles, etc. did you pay more more than the price of the placings for your shares? Do you think those that did participate in the placing didn't sell any shares after camerons pumping RNS 's whilst still listed as they knew the bigger picture of tally been a great success? Or did they cash in because "anyone would top slice for a profit " and just hang on to a few shares to keep it legit?

Have the milestones that were published last year changed just read this on the community :

Steps to IPO:

Following completion of the interim funding and suitable business growth, in Q4 TALLY will be able to review product usage metrics and assess the stock market and investment climate at the time, and determine when best to commence work to raise funds as part of an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
If Q4 is not deemed appropriate for TALLY to proceed with its IPO plans then the Company shall endeavour to provide current shareholders with some form of a secondary private market for buying or selling TALLY shares, to satisfy the appetite for existing shareholders wishing to divest or increase their shareholding.

Lol valhalla of course cp and mj would be the biggest losers if this doesn't relist, there wouldn't be no back door deal or anything dodgy going on behind the scenes would there this is cp we are talking about look at his past he's just an all round decent fella.

Agreed blu, sure something like two years ago there was an rns stating a pre ipo funding round was under way knowing people like pineapple would run away with it saying its coming back. He words things to indicate its just a few more months to a relist to keep us divided. This was supposed to relist once the product was launched was it not. Its just lie after lie.

Although I'm certain the fca will do absolutely nothing for reasons I have previously stated, i will also send in a complaint along the same lines as every one else to play my part in helping us all have this resolved.
our strength as shareholders is in numbers and we should all start to exercise this together. If there is no joy with the fca or positive feedback in our favour by mid January we must look at alternatives as time is ticking.

Bigbench, no the fca will do nothing because he has never promised this will be back to market he's merely dangled a relist for all this time. The milestones he has set has nothing to do with relisting, the market has statutory set criteria for each market, aim, main market ect and we meet them as we where listed. These milestones are merely a preference to cp's agenda, that is it.
He needs to string this out without court papers being filed to five years then non of us can bring legal action around relisting as the law of limitation would then protect cp. But in the mean time he hasn't done anything wrong so we couldn't bring a case until the law says its to late to anyway.

Imo the only way forward is to request the share register and write to all share holders to get a majority if possible to call a general meeting in a location which is most mutually beneficial with a view to remove cp as he is constantly failing to produce results for us and in turn the company. The cost of cp would no doubt get us a replacement with some experiance andexpertise. More pressure should also be put on Ralph as director there is no way he doesn't no whats going on.

Bigmj, you would be a stupid conman if you said

Great stop posting here,use the time and your position to make something happen for shareholders instead of blowing your own trumpet and drip feeding hope to those who feel though they have no other choice but to carry on believing this whole shambles may turn out right until mid 2021 when it would be to late to take any action.

Our biggest threat to a relist is a gold price crash (apparently). what would anyone class as a crash ?below 1300? Below 1500?
And if it does retrace for years like between 2013 and 2016 what impact will that have on our customer base, total deposits and customer satisfaction considering we appear to be targeting average joe?
