Got to agree that Paul was extremely good in that presentation. Answered the question about the Cascadura pipeline I was talking about and it will be in before the Txp are ready.
If Cascadura is ready for July and 2 wells producing at Royston plus Coho and legacy then indeed this is going to be one hell of a year for Txp. That reserves update is going to look fantastic.

Well Paul shouldn't have much to say as according to them the legacy wells Coho / Royston / Casca is not worth mentioning.

Coho would be a quick drill and as infrastructure will be in so money making almost instantly .
Royston second well end of January beginning of February and again if good money making very quickly. Awaiting Casca go ahead to get that monster moving . Reserves update which should be fantastic. Hey I'm loving this at the moment picking up shares at this price knowing this year we will have a huge explosion in production .

The rainy season is not a problem whatsoever in Trinidad as excavation doesn't stop for 6 months . Pipelines without a shadow of a doubt will have had a environmental impact statements done on it like soil / tress/ local housing if any/ noise and all the rest.
Impact mats or ground protection mats can be rubber or steel and I'm pretty sure the contractors would have them in Trinidad knowing they have a rainy season.
The point I'm trying to make is time lines which by Txp thinks July/ August for Cascadura but has the Coho pipeline in yet as we could gauge roughly how long the Cascadura pipeline will take . You have got to remember a pipeline also between the Cascadura pads.
Just need Mr young to keep to his promises of pushing the processes through quicker.

I'm really hoping that the Coho pipeline is completed as I worry that if not then I find it almost impossible that Ngc can put Cascadura pipeline in place by July as Coho had everything sorted yet has taken longer than expected.

Zero in place yet for Cascadura as waiting for Government to sort it out so we can crack on .
Minister Young said he would speed up the process but has he . I just pray that after putting in all that's required to get this pipeline in at Coho they have learnt from it after 20 years from the last one .

Did you know that Ngc are looking at buying some more of heritage assets .would that be 20% of the next phase on the Ortoire block.
One thing for sure they want this gas online as soon as possible as it's extremely profitable.

Thanks mate, the reason I ask is I was going to put in a request under the freedom of information act to NGC Trinidad for the contract agreement . Don't ask don't get .

I can't seem to find the full framework agreement for gas sales from our block . If someone here could post it it would be much appreciated.
I'm looking for the on with dates on about the 5 years before we can renegotiate in it .

I've had a look around the market and I can't see many stocks which gives me the correct balance I'm after like this . Looked at a few that Strum and others are in and while compelling I opted for this again.
The truth is we know what's coming here be that slightly delayed or not and it just keeps getting better . A lot of gas is coming on line this year plus oil and a huge uplift in reserves to boot .
Everything feels right for the next chapter to begin and with a great management team pushing it forward it's hard to look beyond Txp at the moment.

I think you will find Txp do the figures after the 20 percent is taken out of it. Paul has mentioned that a few times over the last few years. You don't do figures based on another companies percentage.

Aim has always been manipulated as with most of the markets. The art is to understand when it's going to be and act on it. Txp have had good news over the last month and it's obvious the market has played a blinder on the water cut issue.
I see that as an opening to buy as much as possible as Royston will deliver about 1000 bopd poss more.

A second well at Royston end of January beginning of February says absolutely all I need to know that Royston is going to be a very large play or Txp would not be spending millions on a well almost straight after the first.
The market can hide for the moment as I like to say but at some point when the company is making multi million pound profit it will adjust it's price. Coho is what I want to see come online and so does the market plus it's not just the money generated from Coho but the fact Txp can actually deliver what's going to be a massive project across the Ortoire block.

It may have taken longer than expected but it's been done the correct way.

All I can say is bring it on.

Forests and jungle are wet nearly all year round.
I have used soil stabilisation chemicals in the past that are just incredible but a big no no in the Forests or it was 12 years ago.
The planned route that has been agreed will usually have been already cleared before the excavation crew's come in or at least working way ahead of them.
Agree Mj by the fact if memory serves me right the picture released to say it had started had trees behind the digger.
Anyway as long as it comes online inJanuary I will be delighted .

I find that very hard to believe that rain stops machines that can cut a tree down in seconds .
These machines would have very little problems going through whatever is put in front of them .

We are not talking a couple of machines here going from start to finish. There will be different sections being worked on at the same time.
If they say because of rain then that's complete BS. If delayed then the contractors are extremely poorly kitted out and should not have got the contract in the first place.

60 days are up today to get the pipeline in but I'm hoping the pipeline is already in and will soon be testing. If they want Cascadura online around July they will need to start that also around mid March to beginning of April at the latest.

Paul has said off the same pad so it's going to be cheaper and do heritage stump up 20% as well from this point.
I believe Royston when set up for oil and not gas will flow a lot more than 1000bopd. Again Paul has said the bottom section could poss flow at around 1000 bopd.
Let's wait and see . I'd be delighted if Royston flows at 1000 bopd and anything over is a huge bonus in my eyes.

So the experts say its a fantastic find and is commercial with a huge structure and the fact the first 2 tests were geared up for gas and not oil.
Another well at Royston end of January say all we need to know just how good it is and yet the market thinks it knows better than the experts.
Yet another shocking display by the Aim market and you can totally understand why most think it's corrupt to the core.
They haven't even hit the bottom of Royston yet either.
