I will be writing to the company to urge them to release a TU next week and would encourage other fellow investors to do the same. The other company I am heavily invested in, release at least 1 RNS per month and sometimes 2 per month. As investors this makes you feel well informed and assuages any fears in between trading updates. By comparison we have to beg Itaconix for trading updates.

Maybe if all of us write to the company they may finally get the message.

Absolutely AJP. I would have really liked to see a press release from the company explaining what this latest patent means for the company, its potential applications and its potential customers. Fingers crossed RNS on H2 progress on its way before the end of the month.

Hi AJP, thank you for taking the time to explain. Lots of patents come up either under Itaconix or referencing Itaconix. In this case it seems to be referencing Itaconix (reference 120). I also see some recent Proctor and Gamble patents referencing Itaconix.

Most recent Itaconix patent I can see is from 16th September 2025 “ Multibranched acid terminated oligomers of itaconic acid including vinylidine unsaturations”.

AJP unfortunatley the address changes every time you search that website so better to just post the main website address and the patent reference for people to input themselves into the search facility on the site

Good to see some new investor names on the board in recent days. Out of curiosity where did you hear about Itaconix from?

Agree Elsol. For me, the base case scenario is that they hit the upper end of their revenue projection which in itself is good news as shows continued organic revenue growth, which sets the course for profitability in H2 of 2026. That transition to profit is super important for markets and you want to be invested before that is announced.

There is always the possibility that they exceed the upper end of their revenue projection which would deliver a significant share price correction, however I am not suggesting that is the base case.

Given that AJP suggested November TU and John replied mentioning November/December I think it is more likely we will see a TU late November / early December. From the reply to Marcus it is possible they weren’t planning a TU until January, but on the back of recent enquiries I think they will have got the message that PIs would appreciate a TU in the near future.

I think they drum up work through the trade events they attend and to be fair they have and are continuing to increase revenue at an impressive rate. The bit they are missing is attracting new investors in, which is where the external comms needs to be focused. Tell the world about the great progress being made!

Very few trades taking place at present. A clear sign that Ilika holders are HODLing in anticipation of much higher share price.

Some significant buys taking place over recent days, for example a sizeable buy at 9.14am this morning.

Monte I think we all agree about the need for a TU timetable and AJP is writing to the company request this. I think the rest of your post is rather harsh and unkind to the hard working folk at Itaconix. Whilst I share your frustration about the share price I have always felt the people at the company have acted in good faith. We really need to move on from the past when the share price got well ahead of itself in terms of actual revenue and EBITDA. I hate to agree with Elsol and eat my own words, but he may have a point about some of the negativity on this board not helping the share price.

Hi AJP, yes agree with all these except perhaps the October TU, which I feel would be better early November as it was last year. Just to evenly space the 6 updates proposed every 2 months.

The important thing for me is that they should set a schedule for each year. That would increase investor confidence and improve communications. Of course we would welcome any ad-hoc news releases in-between the expected TU / results.

Whilst last year’s TU was on Tuesday 5th November, the prior year it was Thursday 7th December. So TU could land any time soon.

Went to bed with a feeling that something was about to be announced at Itaconix other than a trading date. Dreamt that a takeover was announced but it was Itaconix buying up / meeting with another small company. So like most dreams it made little sense. However, I do still have the sense something exciting is coming …

We were hoping it was this week, so hopefully next week. The company really should provide a fixed TU schedule e.g. third Tuesday of every quarter. It would give investors certainty and not leave us guessing all the time. Its another example of how they can easily improve their comms.
